Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE IN PATIENTS FRACTURE OF THE FEMUR WITH ACUTE PAIN IN THE BIMA WARD RSUD SANJIWANI GIANYAR YEAR 2020 ABSTRACT Fracture femur is lost of femur bone’s continuity. Acute pain is a sensory or emotional experience associated with actual or functional damage with a sudden or slow onset and mild to severe weight that lasts less than 3 months. This research aims to know the description of nursing care in patients preoperative femur fracture with acute pain in Bima ward RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar Year 2020 to searching data from repository Poltekkes Denpasar. With the results both clients have a different age that is the first subject of 76 years and the second subject 60 years. Both of these clients have the same objective data that the patient complained about pain and similarities to the diagnosis of acute pain. In the intervention is based on NIC and NOC while researchers use SIKI and SLKI. In the implementation is not all documented and in the evaluation using SOAP. It is hoped that the hospital Sanjiwani Gianyar especially the nursing care in the Bima ward more attention to nursing science in accordance with the latest theory so that in providing nursing care can be done Maximums and overall.
