Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF NURSING IN ASTHMA PATIENTS WITH THE DEFISIT OF KNOWLEDGE AT UPT PUBLIC HEALT CENTER DAWAN I KLUNGKUNG IN 2020 ABSTRACT Asthma is one of the allergic and immunological lung diseases which is a disease characterized by an increased response from the bronchus and trachea to various stimuli. Factors that can cause a person to develop asthma are dust, cigarette smoke, cold, etc. others. The high cases of asthma and its complications that can result in death if the treatment is not done immediately require the role of health workers to reduce the number of asthma events.The main purpose of managing asthma is to improve the quality of living asthma patients by increasing patient knowledge about asthma. This study uses a descriptive study with a case study design of nursing care in asthma patients with a knowledge deficit at UPT public healt center Dawan 1 Klungkung in 2020. The number of asthma cases in UPT Dawan 1 Klungkung community health center in 2018 was 490 cases of new asthma patients and old asthma patients visiting.This study compares cases in 2 clients with theories that the researchers are referring to. The approach taken is based on five nursing processes, namely assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing planning, nursing implementation and nursing evaluation by using interview, observation, and documentation methods. studies on both clients get clients complaining of shortness of breath and do not know what factors cause asthma. The diagnosis that was formulated was a deficit of knowledge in asthma patients planned by providing education about asthma. The case study based on the evaluation of the case study results in an increase in knowledge that the patient knows what an asthma disease is and what factors influence the occurrence of asthma and can avoid these factors.The study was conducted on patient 1 and patient 2, the client said he did not know the cause of the disease and did not know what factors could cause asthma to recur. The formulated diagnosis is the knowledge deficit in asthma patients. The results of the case study provided with health education is that there is an increase in health knowledge in patients 1 and patients 2. Suggestions are expected that the patient is able to seek wider knowledge and seek further information.. Keywords: asthma, knowledge deficit, nursing care. GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWTAN PADA PASIEN ASTHMA DENGAN DEFISIT PENGETAHUAN DI UPT PUSKESMAS DAWAN I KLUNGKUNG TAHUN 2020 ABSTRAK Asthma termasuk salah satu penyakit paru alergi dan imunologi yang merupakan suatu penyakit yang ditandai oleh tanggap reaksi yang meningkat dari bronkus dan trakea terhadap berbagai macam rangsangan. Faktor-fakror yang dapat menyebabkan seseorang terkena asthma adalah debu , asap rokok , hawa dingin, dan yang lain-lain.Tingginya kasus asthma dan komplikasinya yang dapat mengakibatkan kematian apabila penanganannya tidak segera dilakukan memerlukan peran tenaga kesehatan untuk mengurangi angka kejadian asthma.Tujuan utama penelitian asthma adalah untuk memperbaiki kualitas hdup pasien asthma dengan cara menambah pengetahuan pasien tentang penyakit asthma. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus tentang asuhan keperawatan pada pasien asthma dengan defisit pengetahuan di UPT Puskesmas Dawan 1 Klungkung 2020. Jumlah kasus asthma di UPT Puskesmas Dawan 1 Klungkung pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 490 kasus kunjuangan pasien asthma baru dan pasien asthma lama. penelitian ini membandingkan kasus pada 2 klien dengan teori yang menjdi acuan peneliti. pendekatan yang di lakukan berdasarkan lima proses keperawatan yaitu pengkajian,diagnosis,perencanan,implementasi keperawatan dan evalusi dengan mengguanakan metode dokumentasi. pengkajian pada kedua klien di dapatkan klien mengeluh sesak nafas dan tidak tahu apa faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya asthma. diagnosis yang di rumuskan adalah defisit pengetahuan pada pasien asthma yang di rencankan dengan memberikan edukasi tentang penyakit asthma. Hasil studi kasus pada evaluasi pada studi kasus di dapatkan hasil peningkatan pengetahuan yaitu pasien tahu apa itu penyakit asthma dan apa saja faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya penyakit asthma dan bisa menjauhi faktor tersebut. Pengkajian yang di lakukan pada pasien 1 dan pasien 2 yaitu klien mengatakan tidak mengetahui penyebab penyakitnya dan tidak mengetahui apa faktor yang bisa menimbulkan asthmanya kambuh . Diagnosa yang di rumuskan yaitu defisit pengetahuan pada pasien asthma dengan 6x kunjungan sengan frekuensi 30 menit .Hasil studi kasus yang di berikan dengan edukasi kesehatan adalah terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan kesehatan pada pasien 1 dan pasien 2. Saran yang di harapkan yaitu pasien mampu mencari pengetahuan yang lebih luas dan mencari informasi yang lebih lanjut . Kata kunci : asthma , defisit pengetahuan , asuhan keperawatan.
