Abstract
Ineffective thermoregulation is the ability to maintain a balance between heat generation and heat loss in order to maintain the body temperature within normal limits. The purpose of this study was to obtain picture of nursing care in Low Birth Weight infants with thermoregulation is not effective in the NICU Space. This research use descriptive research and use data collection techniques by observation documentation, then compares the results and document the patient with a reference theory researchers. Data collection tools such as pedoman study the documentation can format in the form of nursing care.The results showed the study documents the first and second patient showed objective data is data the patient's body temperature below the normal range, the patient's skin look red. Nursing diagnoses formulated by the nurse on the first and second document is hipotermia.Implementasi performed on the first and second subject is not in accordance with the care plan.Evaluation of patients studied two documents, there is a difference with reference to theory, looks at writing data, A (Assessment) and P (Planing).This indicates that the documentation of nursing care is influenced by the theory referred by the nurse in the room and researcher.Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the existence of some differences with the theories that have been presented by researchers both from the assessment to the evaluation of nursing. This research is expected for the hospital, especially nurses in the room to enforce the diagnosis of nursing in accordance with the condition of the patient and to document it in detail and in accordance with the guidelines Keywords : Nursing care , low birth weight , Thermoregulation Ineffective
