Abstract

Breast cancer is a growth and division of cells, especially in cells that are in the breast tissue which is abnormally limited and grows slowly due to a lack of lymphatic supply to the area around the breast tissue that contains many lymph vessels and expands rapidly then immediately metastasizes and causes pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nursing care in breast cancer patients with acute pain in the Janger ward of the Mangusada Badung Hospital in 2020. This study used a descriptive method with a case study design and a progressive approach to two documents that were observed in depth using documentation studies in the form of a collection sheet data. Based on case studies the results of the study showed that there were similarities between two breast cancer patients who experienced acute pain in documenting nursing care in the room but had some differences with the theory that was used as a reference by researchers in the study to the evaluation. The expected outcome of the hospital is to be able to provide socialization or seminars to nurses related to the latest reference in conducting nursing care, namely: SDKI (Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards), SLKI (Indonesian Nursing Output Standards), and SIKI (Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standards) so that in conducting nursing care, nurses are able to do it comprehensively and optimally. Kanker payudara merupakan pertumbuhan dan pembelahan sel khususnya pada sel yang terdapat di jaringan payudara secara abnormal yang terbatas dan tumbuh perlahan karena suplai limpatik yang jarang ke tempat sekitar jaringan payudara yang mengandung banyak pembuluh limfe dan meluas dengan cepat kemudian segera bermetastase dan menyebabkan nyeri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien kanker payudara dengan nyeri akut di Ruang Janger RSD Mangusada Badung tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus dan pendekatan prosfektif terhadap dua dokumen yang diamati secara mendalam menggunakan studi dokumentasi berupa lembar pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan studi kasus hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesamaan antara dua pasien kanker payudara yang mengalami nyeri akut dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di ruangan tetapi memiliki beberapa perbedaan dengan teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh peneliti pada pengkajian sampai dengan evaluasi. Hasil yang diharapkan pada pihak rumah sakit yaitu dapat memberikan sosialisasi atau seminar kepada perawat terkait acuan terkini dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan, yaitu : SDKI (Standar Diagnosis Keperawatan Indonesia), SLKI (Standar Luaran Keperawatan Indonesia), dan SIKI (Standar Intervensi Keperawatan Indonesia) sehingga dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan, perawat mampu melakukannya dengan komperehensif dan optimal.
