Abstract

PENGARUH PELATIHAN RESUSITASI JANTUNG PARU TERHADAP KESIAPAN SISWA DALAM MELAKUKAN PERTOLONGAN PERTAMA PADA KASUS HENTI JANTUNG ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Kejadian henti jantung dapat terjadi baik di Rumah Sakit atau di luar Rumah Sakit. Out-of-hospital Cardiac Arrest (OHCA) merupakan kejadian henti jantung yang terjadi di luar Rumah Sakit. Angka kejadian OHCA di dunia terjadi sebanyak 50 hingga 60 per 100.000 orang per tahun. Pertolongan pertama secara tepat merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan harapan hidup pada pasien dengan henti jantung. Tujuan: literature review ini bertujuan untuk mereview artikel penelitian yang melakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh pelatihan RJP terhadap kesiapan yang dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan Metode: pengumpulan artikel dilakukan dengan menelusuri beberapa database yaitu PORTAL GARUDA, PUBMED, MEDLINE, dan GOOGLE SCHOLAR yang dicari mulai tahun 2010 sampai 2020 berupa hasil penelitian yang membahas tentang kesiapan menolong korban henti jantung Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari 33 responden didapati dari hasil uji pre-test memiliki nilai rata rata 73,36 dan post test memiliki nilai rata-rata 89,06 selanjutnya hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon diperoleh nilai ρ = 0,000 < α = 0,05, artinya pelatihan RJP berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kesiapan yang meliputi pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan. Simpulan: Dari 10 penelitian didapatkan mengatakan bahwa pelatihan RJP yang diberikan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan seseorang. Saran: Literature ini dapat dijadikan acuan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dalam melakukan pelatihan RJP dengan menggunakan metode yang sama untuk dapat mengukur kemampuan melakukan high quality RJP. Kata Kunci: RJP, kesiapan, pengetahuan, sikap, keterampilan   THE EFFECT OF CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION TRAINING ON STUDENTS' READINESS IN PERFORMING FIRST AID IN CARDIAC ARREST CASES ABSTRACT Background: Cardiac events can occur either in the hospital or outside the hospital. Out-of-hospital Cardiac Arrest (OHCA) is a cardiac arrest event that occurs outside the Hospital. The incidence of OHCA in the world occurs as much as 50 to 60 per 100,000 people per year. Appropriate first aid is one way to increase life expectancy in patients with cardiac arrest. Objective: This literature review aims to review research articles that conduct research on the effect of RPJ training on readiness that is influenced by knowledge, attitudes, and skills Method: Article collection is done by searching a number of databases, namely PORTAL GARUDA, PUBMED, MEDLINE, and GOOGLE SCHOLAR which were sought from 2010 to 2020 in the form of research that discusses the readiness to help victims of cardiac arrest. Results: Based on the results of the study of 33 respondents found from the pre-test results have an average value of 73.36 and post test has an average value of 89.06, then the results of statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test obtained the value of ρ = 0,000 <α = 0.05 This means that RJP training has an effect on increasing readiness which includes knowledge, attitudes and skillsConclusion: From 10 studies found that the CPR training provided can improve one's knowledge, attitudes and skills. Knowledge, attitudes, and skills are components of readiness. Suggestion: This literature can be used as a reference for further research in conducting CPR training by using the same method to be able to measure the ability to do high quality CPR.
