Abstract
There are approximately 2.5 billion mainly in tropical and subtropical regions of the world people are at risk of virus dengue infection. Children ages 5-14 years is the highest proportion of patients who experienced Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Indonesia. After a preliminary study in hospitals Badung, all 2017 cases in the age of 5-14 years as many as 130 cases. Based on research Yoon et al. (2013) infected with virus characteristics that dengue have a history of fever of 100%. The impact of hyperthermia in DHF febrile convulsions, neurological disorders, and increased ICP. The design of a scientific paper is a case study. The subjects used in this case study is 2 clients with the same case. In the documents 1 and 2, both patients had hyperthermia at night, DHF day 6. From the start of the assessment until the patient's discharge diagnosis was appointed namely the risk of plasma leakage. Diagnosis of hyperthermia is not lifted. Interventions that do not conform with the diagnosis is lifted, the implementation of which is adjusted to the problems experienced. The evaluation was done by the subject and objective, and the issue is resolved. Therefore, it is expected to be more studied more in-depth the problem of hyperthermia, all diagnosis that appears lifted and nurses are expected to include Renpra appointed in accordance with the diagnosis.
