Abstract

Abstract. Mount of Time of Gift Fototerapi with the Degradation of Rate Bilirubin In Blood at Baby BBLR with by Hiperbilirubinemia in Cempaka RSUP of Denpasar in the year 2010. Research target to know the relation of among storey;level of duration of time of gift fototerapi with the degradation of rate bilirubin in blood at BBLR. Research type is analytic correlation of Rank Spearman by sampel as much 15.method used with the technics observation responden,with consecsutive sampling. Result from research got a biggest rate bilirubin degradation that is 0-5 mg / dL at 24 hour gift fototerapi as much 26.7%, after test of statistic Rank Spearman obtained by value r= 0,699 with the value p= 0,004, concluded by that there is relation which signifikan with the belief level 95% between storey, level of duration of time of gift fototerapi with the degradation of rate bilirubin in blood of BBLR by hiperbilirubinemia, with the positive pattern ,has shown, longer ever greater gift fototerafi hence degradation of rate bilirubin in blood at BBLR in Cempaka Room RSUP Sanglah Denpasar. Abstrak: Pemberian Fototerapi Dengan Penurunan Kadar Bilirubin Dalam Darah Pada Bayi Bblr Dengan Hiperbilirubinemia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui lebih dalam lagi tentang hubungan tingkat lamanya pemberian fototerapi dengan penurunan kadar bilirubin dalam darah pada bayi BBLR dengan hiperbilirubinemia. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian korelasi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 orang bayi yang mengalami hiperbilirubinemia, yang dirawat di ruang Cempaka Perinatologi RSUP Sanglah. Hasil penelitian menemukan setengah lebih (53,33%) berjenis kelamin perempuan. Penurunan terbanyak yaitu pada 0-5 mg/dl setelah 24 jam diberikan fototerapi yaitu sebesar 26,7 % Hasil uji statistik korelasi Rank Spearman r = 0,699 pada tingkat kepercayaan 95 %, yang menunjukkan korelasi kuat. Disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat lamanya waktu pemberian fototerapi dengan penurunan kadar bilirubin dalam darah pada BBLR dengan hiperbilirubinemia di Ruang Cempaka Perinatologi RSUP Sanglah Denpasar.
