Abstract

PERBEDAAN POLA KONSUMSI PURIN DAN AKTIVITAS FISIK BERDASARKAN KEJADIAN HIPERURISEMIA PADA STAF DI SEKOLAH POLISI NEGARA (SPN) POLDA BALI Hiperurisemia adalah keadaan dimana terjadi peningkatan kadar asam urat darah diatas batas normal. OF PURIN CONSUMPTION PATTERNS AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES BASED ON HYPERURISEMIC EVENTS IN STAFF IN SEKOLAH POLISI NEGARA (SPN) POLDA BALI Hyperuricemia is a condition where there is an increase in blood uric acid levels above the normal limit. The results of Riskesdas 2013 found the highest prevalence of joint disease based on diagnosis (health workers) in the province of Bali (19.3%). High purine levels are caused by a wrong diet where many consume high protein foods that are high in purine. In addition, one of the other factors causing the increased levels of uric acid in the body is physical activity. The purpose of this study was to prove the differences in purine consumption patterns and physical activity based on the incidence of hyperuricemia on staff at the Bali Police SPN. This type of research is observational using cross-sectional design. The number of samples was 37 who were hyperuricemia and 37 were not hyperuricemia. Use the Independent Sample T-test to analyze differences. The number of staff consuming high purines with hyperuricemia status was 91.9%, moderate purine type consumption with hyperuricemia status was 67.7% and the frequency of consuming purines often with hyperuricemia status was 91.1%. In moderate physical activity with hyperuricemia status as much as 86.6%. The results of this study indicate that there are significant differences in consumption patterns and physical activity based on the incidence of hyperuricemia on staff at the Bali Police SPN with p <0,05 Keywords: Hyperuricemia, Purine Consumption Pattern, Physical Activity
