Abstract

The use of styrofoam and food paper wrap on the community is very much, it self does not know the negative impact or danger using food paper wrap and styrofoam on the environment health. Which results in damaged soil structure so researchers are interested in examining the correlation the Knowledge Levels of Attitudes and Behavior of Food Traders with the use of Styrofoam and or Food Paper Wrap as Food Packaging in Dalung Village in 2020. The sample in this study as many as 50 people. Statistical tests using chi square analysis test. To find out the level of the correlation, the Coefficient Contingency calculation is performed. Based on the chi square test results obtained knowledge p value = 0,000 <α (0.05) CC value = 0.537 and attitude p value = 0,000 <α (0.05) CC value = 0.543 and behavior p value = 0,000 <α (0, 05) CC value = 0.487. There is a correlation between knowledge of attitudes and behavior of food traders use of Styrofoam and or food paper wrap as food packaging in Dalung Village. Suggestions can be taken are socialization needs to be carried out to traders about the use of food packaging hazards. Keywords: knowledge, attitude, behavior, styrofoam, food paper wrap
