Abstract

Abstract: Empowerment Traditional youth organization As Adolescent Reproductive Health Peer Educators. The purpose of this study was to determine changes in knowledge and attitudes of adolescents on reproductive health after being given counseling by peer educators. The study design with methods One Group Pre-Post test. Selection of the sample with quota sampling. The samples used were as many as 210 teenagers. Knowledge and attitude data collection using questionnaires. Wilcoxon test results obtained p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), which means there is a significant increase in knowledge of adolescents after counseling by peer educators. Results obtained chi-square test there was an increase in teenage attitude favorable after being given counseling by peer educators with p-value 0.000 (<0.05) in RR 95% CI (2575-4217). Abstrak : Pemberdayaan Sekaa Teruna Teruni Sebagai Pendidik Sebaya Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi setelah diberikan penyuluhan oleh pendidik sebaya. Desain penelitian dengan metode One Group Pre test-Post test. Pemilihan sampel dengan teknik quota sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 210 remaja. Pengumpulan data pengetahuan dan sikap dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil uji Wilcoxon didapatkan pvalue sebesar 0.000 (< 0.05) yang artinya ada peningkatan pengetahuan remaja yang signifikan setelah penyuluhan oleh pendidik sebaya. Hasil uji chi square didapatkan ada peningkatan sikap remaja yang favorable setelah diberikan penyuluhan oleh pendidik sebaya dengan p value 0.000 (< 0.05) RR 95% CI (2.575-4.217).
