Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF PYSICAL ENVIRONMENT AND WATER QUALITY THE WATER SPRING OF BEJI TEMPLE DALEM KAWI BANJAR KUTUH SAYAN VILLAGE UBUD SUBDISTRICT IN 2020 Abstract Spring water is ground water that comes out by itself to the ground surface, emergence of springs from the ground when not protected easily contaminated by rainwater runoff, animal waste, agricultural waste so that the potential to reduce water quality. The purpose of this study is to determine the state of the physical environment and water quality the water spring of Beji Temple Dalem Kawi Banjar Kutuh Sayan Village Ubud Subdistrict in 2020. This research method is descriptive. the results of observations of the state of the physical environment Water Spring of Beji Temple Dalem Kawi concluded that pollutant risk score is high with a value of 8. The results of the water quality examination showed that the microbiological quality and nitrate (NO3) water quality did not exceed the maximum level. So the conclusion of the results of this study is the state of the physical environment Springs are included in the high category of the risk of contaminants. Microbiological water quality and nitrate water quality (NO3) Meet the requirements in accordance with Permenkes RI number 492/MENKES/PER/2010. Based on the results of water quality that meets the requirements, To maintain water quality until consumed, advice to the user community to wash hands thoroughly before taking water, UPTD Kesmas Ubud II should improve the supervision of clean water quality, especially in Beji Temple Dalem Kawi Spring by checking water quality with physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters on a regular basis.
