Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE FOR POST STROKE NON HAEMORRHAGIC PATIENTS WITH IMPAIRED PHYSICAL MOBILITY IN WORK AREA OF SUKAWATI I COMMUNITY HEALTH CARE ABSTRACT Stroke non hemorrhagic is blockage of blood vessels that causes the blood flow to the brain is partially or completely halted. The prevalence of stroke in Indonesia in 2013 by 12.1% as much as 2,137,941 people, with a population of about 250 million, meaning about 3.6 million stroke survivors in Indonesia, Stroke non hemorrhagic 2.8 million, and the rest are hemorrhagic strokes. Stroke non hemorrhagic causing impaired mobility due to physical damage to the central nervous system regulates some voluntary movement that causes disruption mobilization. This study aimed to describe nursing care in post-stroke patients with impaired fulfillment of non hemorrhagic physical mobility. The method used in scientific writing is descriptive method with case study approach on two stroke non hemorrhagic patients post with impaired physical mobility. The results of case studies show after being given nursing care during five visits the results obtained in patients 1 and 2 patients showed increased muscle strength after non-pharmacological therapy is given exercises range of motion advice to patients and their families to be able to provide non-pharmacological measures range of motion to improve muscle strength and prevent joint contractures. Keywords : Stroke non haemprrhagic, Impaired physical
