Abstract

Drug is a compound or product using for diagnostic, profilaxis or lherapy to give benefts for patiients but some time.. there is a side effect of this drug culled ulverse drug reaction. Lidocaine is Iocat anctesthetitcum using by topical or porentral to block the nerve before minor surgery or tooth ertraction. O)ne of the-sitle efect of this drug is presenting of type one of hypersensitivity reaction called anaphylaxis shock which is manifestation as smoolh muscle spasm of respiralory and gustro,intestinal traci.vasodilation, , and increase of vascular permeability. The importance way to manage an anaphylactic patient is immediately repair the vital signs of patient, do agains the mediator action, prevention the releasing of mediator agent and continuing to controle the vital signs the patient. The conclution : The incedence shock of anaphylaxis shock causes by lidocaine is less than 1%, so the clinician must be ready to manage this incedence. Before using is drug clinician has to do good anamnesis before treatment, prepare all medicine and equipment to face this incedence, and ready to manage this case if happen.
