Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. "J" 37 YEARS OLD OF MULTIGRAVID FROM TRIMESTER III OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM Case Taking was done In the Work Area of Puskesmas II Denpasar Barat area in 2019 ABSTRACT Pregnancy, labor, and postpartum are natural condition for mothers. This case report aims to determine the result of midwifery care given to Mrs. “J” from Trimester III of pregnancy, labor, postpartum and newborn who are given midwifery care according to standard. Research method used with data collection technique through interview, examination, observation and documentation. The care is given from March to May 2019. Midwifery care in pregnancy is done by giving 7 times care. Midwifery care in labor did from first stage until fourth stage of labor. The first stage lasted in 1 hour 15 minutes, the second stage in 8 minutes, the third stage in 10 minutes and the monitoring at the fourth stage was normal. The baby was born immediately crying, the muscle tone was active, the skin redness and the birth weight was 3500 grams. The process of involution uterus, the discharge of lochea during the postpartum was normal but the mother's lactation process is having problems because the mother is not breastfeeding her baby and the breast is swollen. This shows that midwives must provide care in accordance with their authority and midwifery service standards. Keywords: midwifery care; pregnancy; labor; postpartum;newborn. ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “J” UMUR 37 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI KEHAMILAN TRIMESTER III SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Pengambilan Kasus dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas II Denpasar Barat Tahun 2019 ABSTRAK Kehamilan, persalinan, dan masa nifas merupakan keadaan yang alami bagi seorang ibu. Laporan studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu “J” dari kehamilan trimester III, persalinan, masa nifas, dan bayi baru lahir yang diberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar. Metode teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan Maret sampai Mei 2019. Asuhan kebidanan kehamilan dilakukan dengan memberikan 7 kali asuhan . Kehamilan ibu berlangsung patologis karena umur ibu yang terlalu tua untuk hamil. Asuhan persalinan dilakukan dari kala I sampai IV. Kala I berlangsung selam 5 jam 20 menit, kala II 8 menit, kala III 10 menit dan pemantauan kala IV dalam batas normal. Bayi lahir segera menangis, tonus otot aktif, kulit kemerahan dan berat lahir 3500 gram. Proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea pada masa nifas berlangsung normal tetapi proses laktasi ibu mengalami masalah karena ibu tidak menyusui bayinya dan payudara bengkak. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bidan harus memberikan asuhan sesuai dengan kewenangan dan standar pelayanan kebidanan. Kata kunci: asuhan kebidanan; kehamilan; persalinan; masa nifas; bayi baru lahir.
