Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE IN MOTHER "RA" AGE 22 YEARS OLD MULTIGRAVID FROM AGE OF TRIMESTER III PREGNANCY WITH SEROTINUS UNTIL 42 DAY OF POST PARTUM Care Of Midwifery is implemented in work area of Public Health Center II East Denpasar in 2019 ABSTRACT The process of pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum is a natural stage in humans. The process must remain vigilant if things happen that could endanger the health of the mother and child. Case study aims to know the result of applying midwifery care in mothers “RA” 22 years old and their children multigravid given appropriate midwifery care in a comprehensive and sustainable standards of gestation from 39 weeks 4 days until post-partum period. Case report with data collection technique through interview, examination, observation and documentation. The result of the application of care in the third trimester of pregnancy, labor, postpartum and neonates are given comprehensively. Maternal pregnancy lasts serotinus but gives vaginal delivery and is healthy. The postpartum period of the mothers “RA” takes places physiologically. The authors suggest midwives to continue providing standardized midwifery care to pregnant women, labor, childbirth and infants. Keywords: Pregnancy, labor, Post partum, Baby, Midwifery care, Serotinus ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “RA” UMUR 22 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI KEHAMILAN TRIMESTER III DENGAN SEROTINUS SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Studi Kasus Dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas II Denpasar Timur Tahun 2019 ABSTRAK Proses kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas merupakan suatu tahapan yang alamiah pada manusia. Proses tersebut harus tetap diwaspadai jika terjadi hal-hal yang dapat membahayakan kesehatan ibu dan anak. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu “RA‟ umur 22 tahun multigravida beserta anaknya yang diberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan dari umur kehamilan 39 minggu 4 hari sampai masa nifas. Laporan kasus ini dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Hasil penerapan asuhan pada kehamilan trimester III, persalinan, masa nifas dan neonatus diberikan secara komprehensif. Kehamilan ibu “RA” berlangsung serotinus tetapi lahir pervaginam dan sehat. Masa nifas ibu “RA” berlangsung fisiologis. Penulis menyarankan bidan untuk tetap memberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar pada ibu hamil, persalinan, nifas dan bayi.
