Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. “NL” 32nd YEARS OLD MULTIGRAVID SINCE 3rd TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM Case study held at Puskesmas III Denpasar Utara area in 2019 ABSTRAC The goal of Indonesia health development are using maternal and infant mortality rate as the main indicators. This report purposed to know the result of midwifery care that given to Mrs. “NL” start from 3rd trimester of pregnancy until 42 days postpartum include newborn who given midwifery care according to standard. This study used case study method with data collection technique through interview, examination, observation and documentation. The care was given from April until May 2019. The development of "NL" maternal pregnancy takes place physiologically, the mother does not experience problems during pregnancy. Mothers give birth by surgery because there is an extended latent phase. The first stage of labor lasted 14 hours, in second stage it lasted 15 minutes, at times III 5 minutes and monitoring stage IV in the operating room. The babies cry immediately, active muscle tone, redness of skin and birth weight 3010 grams and the condition of the baby until age 42 days was normal. The process of involution uterus, the expulsion of lochea and lactation during puerperium was normally. Although the mother experiences an extended latent phase but there are no complications that occur in the mother and baby postpartum. Therefore, it is important to provide midwifery care according to standards as an effort to monitor and detect complications and complications in the process of pregnancy, labor, childbirth and infant. Keyword: infant; labor; pregnancy; puerperium ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “NL” UMUR 32 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI KEHAMILAN TRIMESTER III SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Studi kasus dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas III Denpasar Utara Tahun 2019 ABSTRAK Keberhasilan pembangunan sector kesehatan menggunakan indikator angka kematian Ibu (AKI) dan angka kematian bayi (AKB) sebagai indicator utama. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu hamil dari trimester III hingga masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir yang diberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar. Studi ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancar, pemeriksaan,observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan April sampai Mei 2019. Perkembangan kehamilan ibu “NL” berlangsung fisiologis ibu tidak mengalami masalah pada masa kehamilan. Ibu bersalin dengan jalan operasi karena terjadi fase laten yang memanjang. Kala I berlangsung kurang lebih 14 jam, kala II berlangsung 15 menit, kala III 5 menit dan pemantauan kala IV di ruang operasi. Bayi lahir segera menangis, tonus otot aktif, kulit kemerahan dan berat lahir 3010 gram. Proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea dan laktasi pada masa nifas berlangsung normal. Walaupun ibu mengalami fase laten memanjang namun tidak ada komplikasi yang terjadi pada ibu dan bayi pasca bersalin. Oleh karena itu, penting memberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar sebagai upaya untuk memantau dan mendeteksi penyulit dan komplikasi pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi.
