Abstract

ABSTRAK Nutrition Care Process merupakan suatu model baru dari asuhan gizi yang terdiri dari 4 langkah yang berurutan dan saling berkaitan, yaitu pengkajian gizi diagnosis gizi, intervensi gizi, serta monitoring dan evaluasi gizi. Nutrition Care Process merupakan metode sistematis bagi ahli gizi untuk dapat berpikir kritis dan membuat keputusan dalam menyediakan asuhan gizi yang berkualitas sehingga masalah gizi pasien teratasi. Kinerja adalah hasil kerja yang dicapai oleh seseorang dalam melaksanakan tugas yang diberikan kepadanya sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan. Kinerja kuantitas adalah besaran atau jumlah yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan yang diselesaikan. Kinerja kualitas adalah melaksanakan kegiatan dengan cara yang ideal atau sesuai atau menyelesaikan sesuatu dengan tujuan yang ditetapkan. Dengan melakukan Nutrition Care Process bagaimana hasil kinerja kuantitas dan kualitias ahli gizi di rumah sakit. Hal tersebut perlu diketahui untuk meningkatkan pelayanan asuhan gizi di rumah sakit. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Umum Tabanan yang terletak di Kota Tabanan, Provinsi Bali. Sebagaian besar penerapan NCP yang dilakukan oleh ahli gizi di Rumah Sakit Umum Tabanan dikatagorikan sesuai yaitu 71%, sedangkan katagori tidak sesaui sebanyak 29%. Kinerja kuantitas ahli gizi di Rumah Sakit Umum Tabanan dengan katagori baik 28,6%, katagori sedang 14,3 % dan katagori kurang 57,1 %. Kinerja kualitas ahli gizi di Rumah Sakit Umum Tabanan dengan katagori baik 14,3% dan kinerja kualitas dengan katagori sedang yaitu 85,7% . Kata Kunci : Penerapan NCP, Kinerja Kuantitas, Kinerja Kualitas ABSTRACT The Nutrition Care Process is a new model of nutrition care which consists of 4 sequential and interrelated steps, namely nutritional assessment of nutritional diagnosis, nutritional intervention, and nutrition monitoring and evaluation. The Nutrition Care Process is a systematic method for nutritionists to be able to think critically and make decisions in providing quality nutrition care so that the patient's nutritional problems are resolved. Performance is the result of work achieved by someone in carrying out the tasks assigned to him according to the specified criteria. Quantity performance is the amount or amount generated from the activities completed. Quality performance is carrying out activities in an ideal or appropriate way or getting things done with the intended purpose. By doing a Nutrition Care Process what is the result of the performance of the quantity and quality of nutritionists in the hospital. This needs to be known to improve nutrition care services in hospitals. The type of research used is descriptive using a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at Tabanan General Hospital, located in Tabanan City, Bali Province. Most of the applications of NCP carried out by nutritionists at Tabanan General Hospital were categorized accordingly, namely 71%, while the categories did not match as much as 29%. The performance of the quantity of nutritionists at the Tabanan General Hospital with a good category was 28.6%, moderate category was 14.3% and less category was 57.1%.
