Abstract

ABSTRAK Kehamilan, persalinan, dan masa nifas merupakan suatu keadaan yang fisiologis namun dalam prosesnya terdapat kemungkinan suatu keadaan yang mengancam keadaan ibu dan bayi, sehingga memerlukan perawatan secara khusus agar berlangsung dengan baik. Penulisan laporan studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kehamilan trimester III sampai 42 hari masa nifas pada ibu “AL” serta bayinya yang menerima asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan Maret sampai bulan Mei 2019. Asuhan persalinan dilakukan dari kala I persalinan namun terdapat penyulit yaitu prolong fase laten sehingga ibu harus dilakukan persalinan sectio caesarea pada tanggal 26 Maret 2019. Bayi lahir segera menangis, tonus otot aktif, kulit kemerahan, dan berat lahir 3520 gram. Pada masa nifas proses involusi uterus dan pengeluaran lokea berlangsung normal. Masalah yang terjadi selama asuhan berlangsung bersifat fisiologis sehingga tidak menyebabkan komplikasi dan mengancam nyawa ibu maupun bayi. Kata kunci: asuhan kebidanan; kehamilan; persalinan; masa nifas; bayi. ABSTRACT Pregnancy, childbirth, and the puerperium are physiological conditions but in the process there is a possibility that a condition threatens the condition of the mother and baby, so that special care needs to be taken to take place properly. The writing of this case study report aims to find out the application of mild trimester III pregnancy care to 42 days puerperium period in Mrs. "AL" and their babies who receive midwifery care in a comprehensive and continuous manner. Data collection methods used are interviews, examinations, observation and documentation. Care is given from March to May 2019. Labor care is carried out from the first stage of labor, but there is complication, namely the prolonged latent phase so that the mother has to have sectio caesarea delivery on March 26 2019. Birth babies cry immediately, active muscle tone, skin redness and birth weight 3520 grams. During the puerperium, the process of uterine involution and lockia removal lasts normally. Problems that occur during upbringing take place physiologically so that they do not cause complications and threaten the lives of both mother and baby.
