Abstract

Secara nasional prevalensi kurus pada remaja umur 16-18 tahun sebesar 9,4%, dimana 1,9% sangat kurus dan 7,5% kurus, untuk prevalensi kurus di Bali sebesar 6,0%. Sedangkan prevalensi gemuk sebesar 7,3% yang terdiri dari 5,7% gemuk dan 1,6% obesitas. Provinsi dengan prevalensi gemuk tertinggi adalah DKI Jakarta (4,2%) dan terendah adalah Sulawesi Barat (0,6%). Menurut provinsi di Indonesia, 2013 prevalensi gemuk dan sangat gemuk anak umur 16-18 tahun terdapat sebanyak 15 provinsi dengan prevalensi sangat gemuk diatas prevalensi nasional, yaitu Bangka Belitung, Jawa Tengan, Sulawesi Selatan, Banten, Kalimantan Tengah, Papua, Jawa Timur, Kepulauan Riau, Gorontalo, DI Yogyakarta, Bali, Kalimantan Timur, Sulawesi Utara, dan DKI Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui status gizi pada siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Ubud berdasarkan tingkat konsumsi zat gizi. Adapun jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah jenis penelitian observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa/i kelas X Mipa 1 dan Mipa 2 dengan jumlah 70 sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari 70 sampel dapat diketahui bahwa sebagian besar berkategori status gizi normal yaitu sebanyak 50 sampel (71,43%), paling kecil dengan kategori status gizi kurus sebayak 2 sampel (2,89%), sedangkan yang lainnya seperti status gizi gemuk dan obesitas sebanyak 8 sampel (11,43%) dan 10 sampel (14,29%). Pada status gizi kurus terdapat tingkat konsumsi energi deficit sebanyak 2 sampel (100%), tingkat konsumsi protein kurang sebanyak 2 sampel (100%), tingkat konsumsi lemak deficit dan kurang dengan jumlah yang sama yaitu sebanyak 1 sampel (50,0%) begitu juga pada tingkat konsumsi karbohidrat deficit dan kurang dengan jumlah sampel sama yaitu sebanyak 1 sampel (50,0%). Sedangkan yang berstatus gizi normal lebih banyak dengan tingkat konsumsi sedang, energi sebanyak 49 sampel (98,0%), protein sebanyak 35 sampel (70,0%), lemak sebanyak 45 sampel (90,0%) dan karbohidrat sebanyak 39 sampel (78,0%). Pada sampel dengan status gizi gemuk dan obesitas mayoritas sampel dengan tingkat konsumsi berlebih, energi yaitu 5 sampel (62,5%) dan 7 sampel (70,0%), protein yaitu 4 sampel (50,0%) dan 7 sampel (70,0%), karbohidrat sebanyak 4 sampel (50,0%) dan 7 sampel (70,0%). Hanya pada status gizi gemuk dengan tingkat konsumsi lemak sedang yaitu sebanyak 4 sampel (50%), sedangkan status gizi obesitas sebagian besar dengan tingkat konsumsi lemak lebih yaitu sebanyak 6 sampel (60,0%). The provinces with the highest prevalence of fat were DKI Jakarta (4.2%) and the lowest was West Sulawesi (0.6%).According to provinces in Indonesia, 2013 the prevalence of fat and very overweight children aged 16-18 years is as many as 15 provinces with very fat prevalence above national prevalence, namely Bangka Belitung, Jawa Tengan, South Sulawesi, Banten, Central Kalimantan, Papua, East Java, Islands Riau, Gorontalo, DI Yogyakarta, Bali, East Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, and DKI Jakarta.The purpose of this study was to determine the nutritional status of students in SMA 1 Ubud based on the level of consumption of nutrients. The type of research conducted is an observational study with a cross sectional design. The study population was students of class X Mipa 1 and Mipa 2 with a total of 70 samples. Based on the results of research from 70 samples, it can be seen that most of them are categorized as normal nutritional status as many as 50 samples (71.43%), the smallest with the category of underweight nutritional status as much as 2 samples (2.89%), while others such as fat nutritional status and obesity as many as 8 samples (11.43%) and 10 samples (14.29%). There are 2 samples (100%) of thinner nutritional status, less than 2 samples of protein consumption (100%), less deficit fat consumption and less than one sample (50.0%). also at the level of consumption of carbohydrate deficits and less with the same number of samples as many as 1 sample (50.0%). Whereas more normal nutritional status with moderate consumption level, energy as much as 49 samples (98.0%), protein as many as 35 samples (70.0%), fat as many as 45 samples (90.0%) and carbohydrates as many as 39 samples ( 78.0%). In samples with obese and obese nutritional status the majority of the samples were over-consumption, energy, namely 5 samples (62.5%) and 7 samples (70.0%), proteins namely 4 samples (50.0%) and 7 samples (70 , 0%), carbohydrates as much as 4 samples (50.0%) and 7 samples (70.0%). Only in the nutritional status of fat with moderate fat consumption level is as many as 4 samples (50%), while the nutritional status of obesity is mostly with more fat consumption levels, namely as many as 6 samples (60.0%).
