Abstract

Non hemorrhagic stroke (SNH) is a brain blood circulatory disease due to blockage of blood vessels without the formation of bleeding, the majority of patients or 83% non hemorrhagic stroke stroke. The purpose of this study was to know what happened to stroke without hemorrhage with swallowing disorders. The method used in this research is descriptive method with case study approach conducted in April 2018. The subject of research is twice SNH with swallowing disorders. Data obtained with information and records from patient medical records. By case study found both clients have an interruption problem. The measures taken are the measurement of vital signs, give citicolin 2x 250 mg, Vit B1B6B12 1x1 ampoules, oral acetosal drug 1 x80 mg, treat infusion, give semifowler position, consult with nutritionist about foods that can be easily swallowed. After 3 days of action the problem has not been resolved, further intervention.
