Abstract

ABSTRAK Hemoglobin adalah komponen sel darah merah pada darah yang mengandung zat besi (Fe) dan mampu mengikat O2 untuk diedarkan ke seluruh tubuh. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kadar hemoglobin yaitu tingkat konsumsi zat gizi, menstruasi, status gizi, dan penyakit tertentu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat konsumsi zat gizi, status gizi dan kadar Hemoglobin darah pada remaja putri di SMAN 1 Ubud. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah observasional dengan rancangan Cross-sectional. Besar sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 77 orang. Pengumpulan data hemoglobin menggunakan metode Hb meter, status gizi dengan menimbang berat badan dan mengukur tinggi badan, tingkat konsumsi menggunakan metode recall 24 jam. Data diolah dengan analisis statistik Korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 38 sampel (49,4%) berusia 16 tahun, 9 sampel (11,7%) memiliki tingkat konsumsi protein kurang, 76 sampel (98,7%) memiliki tingkat konsumsi Vitamin C kurang, 56 sampel (74%) berstatus gizi normal, 6 sampel (7,8%) dengan kadar Hemoglobin rendah. Protein berhubungan dengan status gizi (p=0,000 ; r=-0,398). Protein berhubungan dengan kadar Hemoglobin (p=0,004 ; r=0,322). Status gizi berhubungan dengan kadar Hemoglobin (p=0,035 ; r=-0,240). ABSTRACT Hemoglobin is a red blood compound that contains iron (Fe) and is able to bind O2 to be circulated throughout the body. Factors that can affect hemoglobin levels are the nutrients intake, menstruation, nutritional status, and certain diseases. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the nutrients intake, nutritional status and blood hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls at SMAN 1 Ubud. This type of research was observational with a cross-sectional design. The sample size in this study was 77 people. Hemoglobin data collection using the Hb meter method, nutritional status by weighing weight and measuring height, consumption level using the 24 hour recall method. Data was processed by statistical analysis of Spearman Rank Correlation. The results showed 38 samples (49,4%) were 16 years old, 9 samples (11,7%) had less protein consumption levels, 76 samples (98,7%) had less Vitamin C consumption levels, 56 samples (74%) normal nutritional status, 6 samples (7,8%) with low hemoglobin levels. Protein is related to nutritional status (p = 0,000; r = -0,398). Protein is associated with Hemoglobin levels (p = 0,004; r = 0,322).
