Abstract

HUBUNGAN ANTARA ASUPAN PURIN, AKTIVITAS FISIK DAN KADAR ASAM URAT PADA LANSIA DI DESA BERABAN, KEDIRI, TABANAN ABSTRAK Salah satu penyakit degenerative yang paling banyak menyerang lansia adalah peningkatan kadar asam urat dalam darah (hiperurisemia). Hal ini dapat terjadi karena masih banyaknya masyarakat yang mengkonsumsi makanan dengan tinggi purin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara asupan purin, aktivitas fisik dan kadar asam urat pada lansia di Desa Beraban, Kediri, Tabanan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Sampel yang didapat sebanyak 91 orang. Pengujian statistik menggunakan uji korelasi pearson. Rata-rata kadar asam urat sampel 6,1±1,6 mg/dl, asupan purin sampel 406,15±214,7 mg/hari dan rata-rata aktivitas fisik sampel sampel 3342,3±2284,4 MET-min/minggu. Dari hasil analisis statistik diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dengan kadar asam urat (p=0,005) dan tidak ada hubungan antara asupan purin dengan kadar asam urat (p=0,542), maka dari itu peneliti berikutnya dapat menggunakan metode lain dalam pengambilan data asupan purin. Kata kunci : kadar asam urat, asupan purin, aktivitas fisik THE CORRELATION BETWEEN PURIN INTAKE, PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND URIC ACID LEVELS IN ELDERLY AT BERABAN VILLAGE, KEDIRI, TABANAN ABSTRACT One of the most degenerative diseases affecting the elderly is an increase in uric acid levels in the blood (hyperuricemia). This can happen because there are still many people who consume foods with high purine. The Purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between purine intake, physical activity and uric acid levels in the elderly in Beraban Village, Kediri, Tabanan. This type of research was observational with a cross sectional study design. The samples obtained was 91 people. Statistical analiysis using Pearson correlation test. The average sample uric acid level was 6.1 ± 1.6 mg / dl, sample purine intake was 406.15 ± 214.7 mg/day and the average physical activity of sample samples was 3342.3 ± 2284.4 MET-min / Sunday. From the results of statistical analysis it was found that there was a relationship between physical activity and uric acid levels (p = 0.005) and there was no relationship between purine intake and urine acid level (p = 0.542), therefore the next researcher can use other methods in taking purine intake data.
