Abstract

GAMBARAN POLA KONSUMSI ZAT GIZI MAKRO DAN STATUS GIZI PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DI PUSKESMAS DAWAN I KABUPATEN KLUNGKUNG ABSTRAK Faktor penyebab terjadinya hipertensi yaitu pola konsumsi dan status gizi. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian Observasional yang bersifat deksriptif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Data yang dikumpulkan yaitu pola konsumsi zat gizi makro (jumlah, jenis, frekuensi) dengan form SQ-FFQ, status gizi dengan melakukan pengukuran antropometri, dan tekanan darah dari data sekunder. Hasil penelitian dengan 43 sampel, konsumsi energi lebih (53,49%), karbohidrat lebih (51,16%), lemak lebih (67,44%), dan protein lebih (41,86). Berdasarkan jenis konsumsi zat gizi makro, sebagian besar jenis zat gizi makro yang dikonsumsi dalam kategori beragam (88,37%). Sampel dalam kategori sering (81,40%). Sampel dengan status gizi normal (51,16%), gemuk tingkat ringan (30,33%) dan gemuk tingkat (16,28%). Sampel dengan tekanan tinggi atau hipertensi (60,47%). Jumlah sampel dengan tekanan darah tinggi, konsumsi energi lebih (62,96%). Sampel tekanan darah tinggi, konsumsi karbohidrat lebih (59,29 %). Sampel tekanan darah tinggi, konsumsi lemak lebih (55,81%). Sampel tekanan darah tinggi, konsumsi protein lebih (51,58%). Sampel tekanan darah tinggi, jenis konsumsi zat gizi makro beragam (88,89%). Sampel tekanan darah tinggi, frekuensi konsumsi zat gizi makro sering (74,07%). sehingga perlu diberikan penyuluhan mengenai cara meningkatkan dan mempertahankan status gizi normal, upaya pencegahan, dan penatalaksanaan, pola konsumsi pada penyakit hipertensi. The sample with normal nutritional status (51.16%), overweight (30.33%) and obesity (16.28%). Samples with high pressure or hypertension (60.47%). So that counseling needs to be given on how to improve and maintain normal nutritional status, prevention and management efforts, consumption patterns in hypertension.
