Abstract

Kekurangan atau kelebihan asupan akan memicu masalah gizi. Berdasarkan Riskesdas Provinsi Bali, 2013 prevalensi status gizi IMT/U umur 5-12 sangat kurus tertinggi yaitu 3,2%, status gizi yaitu gemuk 15,4% dan obesitas 11,3 %. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional sebanyak 81 siswa di SD Negeri 5 Sanur. Data pengetahuan dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara dengan mengisi kuesioner, data tingkat konsumsi dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara menggunakan recall 2 x 24 jam, serta data status gizi menurut IMT/U. Analisis data menggunakan statistik korelasi pearson. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil analisis univariat bahwa pengetahuan anak Sekolah Dasar Negeri 5 Sanur tentang gizi seimbang menunjukkan nilai terbanyak kategori cukup 34 sampel (42%), Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) kategori cukup 62 sampel (76,5%), Tingkat konsumsi energi 65 sampel (80,2%), protein 63 sampel (77,8%), lemak 44 sampel (54,3%), karrbohidrat 44 sampel (54,3%). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan tingkat konsumsi energi (p = 0,118 , r = 0,175), tingkat konsumsi protein (p = 0,512 , r = 0,074), tingkat konsumsi lemak (p = 0,856 , r = 0,021), tingkat konsumsi KH (p = 0,199 , r = 0,144). Tidak ada hubungan antara PHBS dengan status gizi (p = 0,399 , r = 0,095). Sedangkan asupan zat gizi makro dengan status gizi yaitu ada hubungan bermakna antara tingkat konsumsi energi dengan status gizi, Tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat konsumsi protein dengan status gizi, ada hubungan bermakna antara tingkat konsumsi lemak dengan status gizi, dan tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat konsumsi KH dengan status gizi. Kata kunci : anak sekolah dasar, tingkat pengetahuan, PHBS, Tingkat konsumsi energi, protein, lemak, Karbohidrat dan status gizi. Lack or excess intake will trigger nutritional problems. Based on the Riskesdas of Bali Province, 2013 the highest prevalence of nutritional status BMI / U aged 5-12 was 3.2%, nutritional status was 15.4% fat and obesity was 11.3%. This was an observational study with a cross sectional design of 81 students at SD Negeri 5 Sanur. Knowledge data was collected by questionnaire method, consumption level data was collected by interview method using 2 x 24 hour recall, and nutritional status data according to BMI / U. Data analysis used Pearson correlation statistics. The results of the univariate analysis showed that the highest scores in the category were 34 samples (42%), attitudes toward clean and healthy living behaviors (PHBS) in 62 categories (76.5%), energy consumption rates of 65 samples (80.2%), protein 63 sample (77.8%), fat 44 samples (54.3%), carbohydrate 44 samples (54.3%). The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was no relationship between the level of knowledge with the level of energy consumption (p = 0.118, r = 0.175), protein consumption level (p = 0.512, r = 0.074), fat consumption level (p = 0.856, r = 0.021) , the level of consumption of KH (p = 0.199, r = 0.144). There is no relationship between attitudes toward PHBS and nutritional status (p = 0.399, r = 0.095). There is a significant correlation between the level of energy consumption and nutritional status. There is no correlation between the level of consumption of protein and nutritional status, there is a significant correlation between the level of consumption of fat and nutritional status, and there is no correlation between the level of consumption of KH and nutritional status.
