Abstract

ABSTRAK Status gizi dipengaruhi oleh konsumsi zat gizi. Konsumsi zat gizi diharapkan mampu meningkat melalui kunjungan ke posyandu. Kunjungan ke posyandu dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, salah satunya yaitu tingkat pendidikan ibu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan ibu, kunjungan ke posyandu dan tingkat konsumsi zat gizi dengan status gizi balita di Desa Sanur Kauh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional dan rancangan cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel 50 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi pearson dan korelasi spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 35 sampel (68,0%) memiliki tingkat pendidikan ibu menengah, sebanyak 30 sampel (60%) frekuensi kunjungan ke posyandu termasuk kategori tidak aktif, rata-rata tingkat konsumsi energi sebesar 78,38%, tingkat konsumsi protein sebesar 130,23%, dan sebanyak 45 sampel (90,0%) memiliki status gizi baik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan ada hubungan antara tingkat konsumsi protein dengan status gizi berdasarkan indikator BB/U (r= -0,368; p= 0,009) dan tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan ibu dengan kunjungan ke posyandu, kunjungan ke posyandu dengan tingkat konsumsi energi dan protein, serta tingkat konsumsi energi dengan status gizi berdasarkan indikator BB/U. Kata kunci : tingkat pendidikan ibu, kunjungan ke posyandu, tingkat konsumsi zat gizi, status gizi. ABSTRACT Nutritional status is influenced by nutrients consumption. Nutrients consumption expected to increase through visit to the integrated service post. Visit to the integrated service post influenced by many factors, one of them is the mother education level. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between mother education level, visit to the integrated service post and nutrients consumption level with nutritional status of children in Sanur Kauh Village. Observational type research with cross sectional design, the sample are 50 peoples. Statistical analysis using Pearson dan Spearman correlation. The results showed that 35 samples (68.0%) had middle education level, 30 samples (60%) the frequency of visit to integrated service post included in inactivity category, the average level of energy consumption was 78.38%, level of protein consumption was 130.23%, and 45 samples (90.0%) had good nutritional status. The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between the level of protein consumption and nutritional status (r = -0,368; p = 0,009) and there was no relationship between mother education level and visit to the integrated service post, visit to the integrated service post with energy and protein consumption levels and the level of energy consumption with nutritional status.
