Abstract

Abstract House is environment dwellings must meet the criteria comport, safety and health so grow the perfect life good physical,spiritual and socio cultural. Based on data obtained from Unit kesmas Ubud 1, the Village Mas is a village with disease Acute Respiratory Infections the highest. The purpose off this study to analyze the state of sanitation home patients Acute Respiratory Infections on toddler in the village Mas distict Ubud Gianyar. Research used is descriptive method observation, interviews and measurement off the quality of physical environment. From this study 100% of the houses were found to meet the floor conditions, 43% of houses meet the extensive requirements of permanent natural ventilation at least 10% of the floor area and 57% of houses do not meet the requirements, 20% home with lighting eligible and 80% are not eligible, 43% home with room temperature qualifying and 57% are not eligible, 6% home with moisture eligible and 94% are not eligible, 50% houses meet the residential density requirements and 50% houses do not meet the requirements. Society of patients Acute Respiratory Infections toddlers and family members are expected to apply the clean and healthy living in the life days to prevent disease Acute Respiratory Infections and keep the condition of the house is always a healthy. Keyword : Home sanitation, Acute Respiratory Infections, toddlers ABSTRAK Rumah merupakan lingkungan tempat tinggal yang harus memenuhi kriteria kenyamanan, keamanan dan kesehatan sehingga menumbuhkan kehidupan yang sempurna baik fisik, rohani maupun sosial budaya. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari UPT Kesmas Ubud I, Desa Mas merupakan Desa dengan penyakit ISPA tertinggi di wilayah kerja UPT Kesmas Ubud 1. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisa keadaan sanitasi rumah penderita ISPA pada balita di Desa Mas Kecamatan Ubud Kabupaten Gianyar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan pengukuran kualias fisik lingkungan. Dari penelitian ini di dapatkan hasil 100% rumah memenuhi syarat keadaan lantai, 43% rumah memenuhi syarat luas ventilasi alamiah yang permanen minimal 10% dari luas lantai dan 57% rumah tidak memenuhi syarat, 20% rumah memenuhi syarat pencahayaan ruang tidur dan 80% rumah tidak memenuhi syarat, 43% rumah memenuhi syarat suhu ruang dan 57% rumah tidak memenuhi syarat, 6% rumah memenuhi syarat kelembaban ruangan dan 94% rumah tidak memenuhi syarat,50% rumah memenuhi syarat kepadatan hunian ruang tidur dan 50% rumah tidak memenuhi syarat. Masyarakat penderita ISPA pada Balita dan angggota keluarga diharapkan menerapkan hidup bersih dan sehat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk mencegah terjadinya penyakit ISPA dan menjaga kondisi rumah agar selalu sehat.
