Abstract
TINJAUAN PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH DI DESA UMEANYAR KECAMATAN SERIRIT KABUPATEN BULELENG TAHUN 2018 ABSTRAK Dewasa ini permasalahan sampah masih merupakan problem yang belum dapat terselesaikan. Menyikapi permasalahan ini Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kabupaten Buleleng mendorong dan mendukung masyarakat untuk mendirikan TPS 3R. Desa Umeanyar ikut berpartisipasi dalam program TPS 3R dengan kegiatan melakukan pengelolaan sampah yang ada di Desa Umeanyar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengelolaan sampah di Desa Umeanyar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional, Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan obervasi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 46 responden dari masyarakat dan 8 responden petugas pengelola dan datanya dianalisa secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran bahwa pemahaman responden tentang pengelolaan sampah masuk kategori baik yaitu pada proses pemilahan sampah dengan kategori baik sebesar 76,09%, pewadahan sampah dengan kategori baik sebesar 95,65%, pengangkutan dan penanganan sampah dengan kategori baik sebesar 100%. Sedangkan hasil observasi masih ditemukan masyarakat yang tidak melakukan pemilahan sampah yaitu sebesar 54,35%, pada penyimpanan sampah sebanyak 54,38% penampungan sampahnya kedap air, sebanyak 76,09% mudah dibersihkan, sebanyak 84,78% mudah diangkat, sebanyak 32,61% wadah sampahnya tertutup dan sebanyak 39,96% yang memiliki tempat sampah yang berbeda antara sampah organik dan anorganik. Pada pengangkutan ditemukan pengangkutan sampah tidak dilengkapi dengan penutup, mudah terjadi kebocoran dan tidak dilengkapi alat pengungkit. Pada proses penanganan sampah sudah dialakukan penanganan secara baik. Kata kunci : Pengelolaan, Sampah, Desa. REVIEW OF WASTE MANAGEMENT IN VILLAGES OF UMEANYAR, DISTRICT OF SERIRIT, REGENCY OF BULELENG IN 2018 ABSTRACT Nowadays waste problems are still a problem that cannot be resolved as well as cities in Indonesia. Buleleng Regency Cleanliness and Gardening Department encourages and supports community to establish TPS 3R. Umeanyar Village as one of the participating villages in TPS 3R with the activity of waste management in Umeanyar Village. The purpose of this research is to know the waste management in Umeanyar Village. The type of this research is observasional, the data collection through interviews and observation with the number of samples as many as 46 respondents from the community and 8 respondents of management officers and data analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of the study obtained a picture that the understanding of respondents about waste management in good category namely in waste sorting process with good category equal to 76,09%, waste with good category equal to 95,65%, transportation and handling of waste with good category equal to 100%. While the observation results were found found by people who do not do waste separation that is equal to 54,35%, in the storage of waste that as much as 54.38% of the storage of waterproof waste, as much as 76.09% easy to clean, as much as 84.78% easily removed, as much as 32.61% containers of waste closed and as much as 39.96% which has different waste bins between organic and inorganic waste. In the transporting is still found waste transport is not equipped with a cover, easy leaks and not equipped with a lever. The process of handling the waste has been handled properly.
