Abstract

ABSTRAK Dengue Haemorraghic Fever (DHF) merupakan penyakit infeksi virus akut yang disebabkan oleh virus dengue, ditularkan melalui gigitan nyamuk aedes aegypti dan ditandai oleh panas (hipertermia). Hipertermia adalah keadaan meningkatnya suhu tubuh di atas rentang normal tubuh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien DHF dengan hipertermia di RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian deskriptif yang menggambarkan penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi (pengamatan) dan dokumentasi. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman studi dokumentasi, yaitu mengumpulkan data dari proses asuhan keperawatan yang dimulai dari pengkajian keperawatan sampai dengan evaluasi keperawatan. Subjek studi kasus pada penelitian ini adalah 2 orang pasien DHF dengan masalah keperawatan hipertermia. Hasil studi kasus didapat suhu tubuh kedua subyek berada pada rentang 37,9 oC sampai dengan 38 oC. Setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan selama 3x24 jam didapatkan suhu tubuh kedua subyek terjadi penurunan yaitu pada rentang 36 oC sampai 36,2 oC, sehingga masalah hipertermia teratasi. Kepada perawat di ruangan, diharapkan juga mampu mengembangkan ilmu yang saat ini berlaku pada institusi-institusi pendidikan. Kata kunci : Asuhan keperawatan; Dengue Haemorraghic Fever; Hipertermia ABSTRACT Dengue Haemorraghic Fever (DHF) is an acute viral infectious disease caused by the dengue virus, transmitted by the bite of the aedes aegypti mosquito and characterized by heat (hyperthermia). Hyperthermia is an increase in body temperature above the normal range of the body. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nursing care in DHF patients with hyperthermia in Sanjiwani Hospital Gianyar in 2019. This study uses a descriptive research model that describes case study research using data collection techniques with observation and documentation. The data collection tool in this study is a documentation study guide, which collects data from the nursing care process that starts from nursing studies to nursing evaluations. The subject of the case study in this study were 2 DHF patients with hyperthermia nursing problems. The results of the case study found that the body temperature of the two subjects ranged from 37.9oC to 38oC. After nursing measures for 3x24 hours, the body temperature of the two subjects showed a decrease in the range of 36oC to 36.2oC, so the hyperthermia problem was resolved. To nurses in the room, maybe can explore more knowledge about nursing case like a university using now. Keywords: Nursing care; Dengue Haemorraghic Fever; Hyperthermia
