Abstract

NURSING CARE DESCRIPTION OF OSTEOGENESIS IMPERFECTA IN CHILD WITH IMPAIRED PHYSICAL MOBILITY IN KASWARI WARD OF WANGAYA HOSPITAL 2019 ABSTRACT Osteogenesis Imperfecta is one of the problems in bones that can threaten bone growth in children. 90% of patients with Osteogenesis Imperfecta are characterized by COLIA1 and COLIA2 gene mutations. The problem of patients with osteogenesis is bone deformity, pain in the bones that causes impaired physical mobility. The purpose of the study was to determine the description of nursing care in children osteogenesis imperfecta with nursing problems with impaired physical mobility. The type of research used is descriptive. The research design used was a case study in two patients in the Kaswari Room at the Wangaya Hospital who were observed indirectly through the patient's medical record. The type of data collected from the subject of this study is secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study are documentation techniques and collected using documentation observation sheets. The results of the case study: the study found that there were differences with the theory. Nursing diagnoses that are enforced by physical mobility disorders are associated with developmental delay. Planning made there is a difference with the theory. All actions planned have been carried out at the implementation stage, but there are differences. Evaluation in accordance with the results criteria previously set. Evaluation of using SOAP with the problem has not been resolved. Based on the differences found, it is expected that nursing services will implement a nursing process that is in accordance with the latest references so that the implementation of nursing care is carried out optimally. . Keywords: osteogenesis imperfecta, impaired physial moblity   GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA ANAK OSTEOGENESIS IMPERFECTA DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN GANGGUAN MOBILITAS FISIK DI RUANG KASWARI RSUD WANGAYA TAHUN 2019 ABSTRAK Osteogenesis Imperfecta adalah salah satu masalah pada tulang yang dapat mengancam pertumbuhan tulang pada anak. 90% dari penderita Osteogenesis Imperfecta ditandai dengan mutasi gen COLIA1 dan COLIA2. Masalah pasien osteogenesis adalah kelainan bentuk tulang, nyeri pada tulang yang menyebabkan mobilitas fisik terganggu. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada anak osteogenesis imperfecta dengan masalah keperawatan gangguan mobilitas fisik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus pada dua pasien di Ruang Kaswari RSUD Wangaya yang diobservasi secara tidak langsung melalui rekam medis pasien. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan dari subjek penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi dan dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar observasi dokumentasi. Hasil studi kasus: pengkajian ditemukan ada perbedaan dengan teori. Diagnosa keperawatan yang ditegakkan gangguan mobilitas fisik berhubungan dengan keterlambatan perkembangan. Perencanaan yang dibuat terdapat perbedaan dengan teori. Semua tindakan yang direncanakan sudah dilakukan pada tahap implementasi, namun terdapat perbedaan. Evaluasi sesuai dengan kriteria hasil yang ditetapkan sebelumnya. Evaluasi menggunakan SOAP dengan masalah belum teratasi. Berdasarkan perbedaan yang ditemukan diharapkan pelayanan keperawatan agar menerapkan proses keperawatan yang sesuai dengan acuan terbaru sehingga pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan terlaksana dengan optimal.
