Abstract

ABSTRAK Fraktur merupakan terputusnya kontinuitas tulang, retak atau patahnya tulang yang utuh, yang biasanya disebabkan oleh trauma/rudapaksa atau tenaga fisik yang ditentukan jenis dan luasnya trauma. Fraktur dapat disebabkan karena trauma atau non trauma. Penanganan fraktur terbagi menjadi dua jenis yaitu secara konservatif (tanpa pembedahan) dan dengan pembedahan. Tindakan pembedahan salah satunya pemasangan Open Reduction Internal Fixation (ORIF). ORIF adalah suatu jenis operasi dengan pemasangan internal fiksasi yang dilakukan ketika fraktur tersebut tidak dapat direduksi secara cukup dengan close reduction, untuk mempertahankan posisi yang tepat pada fragmen fraktur. Masalah utama yang paling umum disebabkan oleh post ORIF adalah nyeri akut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien post ORIF dengan nyeri akut di Ruang Janger RSUD Mangusada tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus terhadap sekurang-kurangnya dua dokumen keperawatan yang diamati secara mendalam menggunakan studi dokumentasi dengan mengobservasi dokumen keperawatan pasien. Alat pengumpulan data berupa pedoman studi dokumentasi dapat berupa check list yang harus diisi oleh peneliti yang terdiri dari dua pilihan (ya/tidak). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesamaan antara dua pasien post ORIF dengan nyeri akut dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di ruangan tetapi memiliki beberapa perbedaan dengan teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh peneliti. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dipengaruhi oleh teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh perawat di Ruang Janger RSUD Mangusada dan peneliti. Fractures can be caused by trauma or non trauma. Handling of fractures is divided into two types, namely conservatively (without surgery) and with surgery. One of the surgical procedures is the installation of Open Reduction Internal Fixation (ORIF). ORIF is a type of operation with internal fixation done when the fracture cannot be reduced sufficiently by close reduction, to maintain the right position in the fracture fragment. The most common main problem caused by post ORIF is acute pain. This study aims to describe the nursing care in post ORIF patients with acute pain in the Janger Ward of Mangusada Hospital in 2019. The type of research used is descriptive research with a case study design of at least two nursing documents observed in depth using documentation studies with observe patient nursing documents. The data collection tool in the form of documentation study guidelines can be in the form of a check list that must be filled out by researchers consisting of two choices (yes / no). The results showed that there were similarities between the two post ORIF patients with acute pain in documenting nursing care in the room but had several differences with the theory that was used as a reference by the researchers. This shows that the documentation of nursing care is influenced by the theory that is used as a reference by nurses in the Janger Ward of the Mangusada Hospital and researchers.
