Abstract

ABSTRACT Premature rupture of membranes is an important problem in birth complications which causes increased maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. One factor parity occurs early premature rupture of membranes where the mother with multiparity tends to occur more easily the occurrence of premature rupture of the membranes. This study aims to determine the relationship of parity with the incidence of premature rupture of membranes in maternity at Wangaya Hospital in 2019. The type of research used is correlation analysis with aapproach retrospective. Sampling using purposive sampling technique as many as 237 people. Data collection uses secondary data with documentation sheets through medical records available at Wangaya Hospital. The results showed that mothers with primiparous parity were 106 (44.7%), multiparous parity as many as 122 (51.5%), and grande multiparous parity as many as 9 (3.8%). The incidence of premature rupture of the majority of respondents had experienced premature rupture of 146 (61.6%) .The hypothesis test used is thetest chi-square with a value of p value = 0,000 (α = 0.05), so that there is a significant relationship between parity and the incidence of premature rupture of membranes in maternity at Wangaya Hospital. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that health workers recommend that pregnant women routinely carry out ANC (Ante Natal Care) to health services during pregnancy, besides that mothers also need to pay attention to daily activities so that the delivery can run smoothly and things don't happen unwanted. ABSTRAK Ketuban pecah dini merupakan masalah penting penyulit kelahiran yang menyebabkan meningkatnya morbiditas dan mortalitas ibu dan bayi. Paritas salah satu faktor terjadi ketuban pecah dini dimana ibu bersalin dengan multiparitas cenderung lebih mudah terjadi kejadian ketuban pecah dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan paritas dengan kejadian ketuban pecah dini pada Ibu bersalin di RSUD Wangaya tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 237 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder dengan lembar dokumentasi melalui rekam medik yang ada di RSUD Wangaya. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Ibu bersalin dengan paritas primipara sebanyak 106 (44,7%), paritas multipara sebanyak 122 (51,5%), dan paritas grande multipara sebanyak 9 (3,8%). Kejadian ketuban pecah dini mayoritas responden mengalami ketuban pecah dini sebanyak 146 (61,6%). Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji chi-square dengan nilai p value = 0,000 (α=0,05), sehingga ada hubungan yang bermakna antara paritas dengan kejadian ketuban pecah dini pada ibu bersalin di RSUD Wangaya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan petugas kesehatan menganjurkan agar ibu hamil secara rutin melakukan ANC (Ante Natal Care) ke tempat pelayanan kesehatan selama kehamilan berlangsung, disamping itu ibu perlu juga memperhatikan aktivitas sehari-hari sehingga persalinannya nanti bisa berjalan dengan lancar dan tidak terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan.
