Abstract

ABSTRAK GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA ANAK KEJANG DEMAM DENGAN HIPERTERMIA DI RUANG KASWARI RSUD WANGAYA TAHUN 2019 Kejang demam merupakan kelainan neurologis yang paling sering ditemukan pada anak, terutama rentang usia empat bulan sampai empat tahun. Bangkitan kejang demam, berhubungan dengan usia, tingkatan suhu, kecepatan peningkatan suhu, termasuk faktor hereditas juga memiliki peran terhadap bangkitan kejang demam diamana pada anggota keluarga penderita memiliki peluang utuk mengalami kejang lebih banyak dibandingkan dengaan anak normal. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui Gambaran Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Anak Kejang Demam dengan Hipertermia di Ruang Kaswari RSUD wangaya Tahun 2019. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, sampel penelitian berjumlah dua orang sesuai kriteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan kesamaanpada subjek satu dan dua mengalami kejang demam disertai dengan hipertermia. Perbedaan terdapat pada acuan teori yang digunakan perawat dengan peneliti. Berdasarkan penelitian ini disarankan bagi istitusi pendidikan agar memperbaharui metode penelitian , bagi pihakrumah sakit sebaiknya menyiapka format asuhan keperawatan terbaru (SDKI) serta selalumelakukan pembaharuan secara bertahap sesuai dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan yang ada, sehingga asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan kepada pasien akan semakin efektif dan lebih fokus pada masalah yang dialami oleh pasien. Selain itu bagi perawat yang melakukan asuhan keperawatan akan lebih dimudahkan dalam memilih intervensi yang sesuai dengan masalah pasien. Kata kunci : Asuhan Keperawatan, Anak, Kejang Demam, Hipertermia ABSTRACT NURSING CARE DESCRIPTION OF FEVER PATIENTS WITH HYPERTEMEMIA IN KASWARI WARD WANGAYA HOSPITAL IN 2019 Febrile convusions are a neurological disorder most often found in children, especially the age range of four months to four years. Convusions of febrile convusions, related to age, temperature level, speed of increase in temperature, including heredity factors also have a role in convusions of febrile convusions where family members of the patient have the opportunity to experience more convusions than normal children. The aim of the study was to determine the description of nursing care in children with febrile convusions with hyperthermia in the Kaswari room at the Wangaya Hospital in 2019. The design of this study was descriptive with a case study approach, the study sample was two people according to the inclusion criteria. The results of this study found that the similarity in subjects one and two had febrile convusions accompanied by hyperthermia. Differences exist in the theoretical references used by nurses with researchers. Based on this research, it is recommended for educational institutions to renew research methods, for hospitals to prepare the latest nursing care format (SDKI) and always make gradual updates in accordance with the development of existing knowledge, so that the nursing care given to patients will be more effective and focus more on the problems experienced by patients. In addition, nurses who carry out nursing care will be facilitated in choosing interventions that are appropriate to the patient's problems. Keywords: Nursing Care. Children, Fever Seizures.
