Abstract

Asthma is a disorder that occurs in the bronchial tract with the characteristic periodic bronchospasm (contraction of spasm in the airways), especially in the tracheobronchial branching caused by various stimuli such as biochemical, endocrine, infectious, autonomic and psychological factors. The nursing problems that arise in asthma are ineffective airway clearance. According to research in asthma patients the problem of ineffective airway cleaning is a problem that often arises after ineffective breathing patterns. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of nursing care in asthma patients with ineffective airway clearance in the Oleg Room of Mangusada Badung Hospital in 2019. The type of research used was descriptive research with a present case study design - a lack of two Asthma patients observed depth by observing the patient's nursing documents, then comparing the results of observations of patient documents with the theory of reference researchers. The data collection tool is in the form of documentation study guidelines. The results showed that there were almost the similarities of two asthma patients who experienced ineffective airway cleaning in documenting nursing care in the room, there were several differences from the theory used as a reference by researchers with the results of room nursing nursing documentation, namely assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation , evaluation. The results of this study are expected to provide an understanding of nurses in providing optimal nursing care, especially in providing nursing care to asthma patients with ineffective airway clearance. Asma adalah gangguan yang terjadi pada saluran bronchial dengan ciri bronkospasme periodik (konstraksi spasme pada saluran napas) terutama di percabangan trakeobronkial yang disebabkan oleh berbagai stimulus seperti faktor biochemical, endokrin, Infeksi, otonomik dan psikologi. Masalah keperawatan yang muncul dalam penyakit asma adalah bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif. Menurut penelitian pada pasien asma masalah bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif merupakan masalah yang palin sering muncul setelah pola nafas tidak efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien asma dengan bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif di Ruang Oleg RSUD Mangusada Badung tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus terhadap sekarang-kurangnya dua pasien Asma yang diamati secara mendalam dengan mengobservasi dokumen keperawatan pasien, kemudian membandingkan hasil pengamatan dokumen pasien dengan teori acuan peneliti. Alat pengumpulan data berupa pedoman studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hampir terdapat kesamaan dari dua pasien asma yang mengalami bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di ruangan, terdapat beberapa perbedaan dari teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh peneliti dengan hasil pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan diruangan yaitu pada pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi, evaluasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang optimal, khususnya dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan pada pasien asma dengan bersihan jalan nafas tdak efektif.
