Abstract

GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN PPOK DENGAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF DI RUANG OLEG RSD MANGUSADA BADUNG TAHUN 2019 ABSTRAK PPOK merupakan penyakit yang dicirikan oleh keterbatasan aliran udara yang bersifat progresif dan dikaitkan dengan respon inflamasi paru yang tidak normal terhadap partikel atau gas berbahaya. iritasi yang secara terus-menerus yang berasal dari partikel dan gas berbahaya dapat memicu inflamasi yang menghambat pembersihan mukosiliar, faktor yang menyebabkan gagalnya pembersihan mukosiliar adalah adanya proliferasi sel goblet. Peningkatan jumlah sel dan bertambahnya ukuran sel kelenjar penghasil mukus mengakibatkan penumpukan mucus sehingga mengakibatkan bersihan jalan nafas menjadi tidak efektif . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien PPOK dengan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif di ruang oleg RSD Mangusada Badung tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus terhadap dua dokumen pasien PPOK dengan melihat dan membandingakan kedua dokuemen dan dengan teori yang digunakan. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa lembar pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat kesamaan dari pendokumentasian di ruangan pada kedua dokumen pasien PPOK dengan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif namun, terdapat perbedaan dengan teori yang menjadi acuan peneliti dengan teori acuan di ruangan yaitu pada pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi keperawatan. Perbedaan terjadi karena teori yang digunakan Rumah Sakit berbeda dengan peneliti. Kata kunci: PPOK, Bersihan Jalan Napas Tidak Efektif, Asuhan Keperawatan. DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE FOR PATIENTS COPD WITH INEFFECTIVE AIRWAY CLEARANCE IN OLEG WARD MANGUSADA BADUNG HOSPITAL 2019 ABSTRACT COPD is a disease characterized by progressive air flow limitations and is associated with an abnormal lung inflammatory response to harmful particles or gases. Irritation from particles and harmful gases can trigger inflammation which causes inhibits mucociliary clearance, the factor that causes mucociliary clearance is goblet cell proliferation. Increasing the number of cells and increasing the size of mucous-producing gland cells results in mucus buildup resulting in ineffective airway clearance. this study aims to describe the nursing care in patients COPD with ineffective airway clearance at Oleg ward the Mangusada Badung Hospital on 2019. The type of research is descriptive research with a case study design of two documens patient with COPD by observation and comparing with theory. The data collect by the form of data collection sheets. The results showed that there were similarities in document patient 1 and 2 was covered at oleg ward in both COPD patient documents with ineffective airway clearance, however, there were differences with the theory that became the reference for researchers with reference theory in the room, namely in the assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation.
