Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE FOR POST OPERATIVE PATIENTS FRACTURE LOWER LIMB WITH IMPAIRED PHYSICAL MOBILITY IN MANGUSADA BADUNG HOSPITAL 2019 ABSTRACT Lower limb fracture is the breakdown of continuity of bone in the femur, tibia, fibula, metatarsal and phalangs bones are fractured or broken in their entirety. Lower limb fractures can be caused by trauma or non trauma. The most common main problem caused by postoperative lower limb fractures is impaired physical mobility. This study aims to describe the picture of nursing care in postoperative patients with lower libm fractures with impaired physical mobility in the Mangusada Badung General Hospital 2019. The type of research used is descriptive research with a case study design of at least two nursing documents observed in depth using documentation studies by observing patient nursing documents. The data collection tool in the form of documentation study guidelines can be in the form of a check list that must be filled out by researchers consisting of two choices (yes / no). The results showed that there were similarities between two postoperative patients with lower limb fractures with impaired physical mobility in documenting nursing care in the room but had several differences with the theory that was used as a reference by the researchers. This shows that the documentation of nursing care is influenced by the theory that is used as a reference by nurses in the Janger Room of the Mangusada Hospital and researchers. Keywords: nursing care, postoperative lower limb fracture, impaired physical mobility GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN POST OPERASI FRAKTUR EKSTREMITAS BAWAH DENGAN GANGGUAN MOBILITAS FISIK DI RSUD MANGUSADA BADUNG TAHUN 2019 ABSTRAK Fraktur ektremitas bawah adalah terputusnya kontinuitas tulang pada tulang femur, tibia, fibula, metatarsal dan tulang-tulang phalangs retak ataupun patah secara utuh. Fraktur ekstremitas bawah dapat disebakan karena trauma atau non trauma. Masalah utama yang paling umum disebabkan oleh post operasi fraktur ekstremitas bawah adalah gangguan mobilitas fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien post operasi fraktur ekstremitas bawah dengan gangguan mobilitas fisik di RSUD Mangusada Badung 2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus terhadap sekurang-kurangnya dua dokumen keperawatan yang diamati secara mendalam menggunakan studi dokumentasi dengan mengobservasi dokumen keperawatan pasien. Alat pengumpulan data berupa pedoman studi dokumentasi dapat berupa check list yang harus diisi oleh peneliti yang terdiri dari dua pilihan (ya/tidak). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesamaan antara dua pasien post opperasi fraktur ekstremitas bawah dengan gangguan mobilitas fisik dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di ruangan tetapi memiliki beberapa perbedaan dengan teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh peneliti. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dipengaruhi oleh teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh perawat di Ruang Janger RSUD Mangusada dan peneliti.
