Abstract

Bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif merupakan salah satu diagnosa keperawatan yang muncul pada pasien asma bronkhial. Bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif merupaka suatu kondisi ketidakmampuan saluran pernafasan dalam membersihkan sekret atau obstruksi yang bertujuan untuk mempertahankan bersihan jalan napas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien asma bronkhial dengan masalah keperawatan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif di Ruang Cermai RSUD Klungkung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus yang dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu satu bulan yaitu pada bulan April sampai dengan bulan Mei 2019. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah dua orang yang sudah memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman observasi dokumentasi. Hasil yang telah diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu pada pengkajian 4 dari 14 pertanyaan yang digunakan sudah dikaji, pada diagnosa 6 dari 20 pertanyaan ditemukan, pada intervensi 10 dari 29 pertanyaan ditemukan, pada implementasi 1 dari 29 pertanyaan ditemukan dan pada evaluasi hanya 1 dari 5 pertanyaan di tuliskan pada dokumen subjek pertama dan kedua. Penelitian ini hendaknya dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam pendokumentasian catatan keperawatan pasien di ruangan dengan menggunakan pedoman diagnosa Standar Diagnosa Keperawatan Indonesia (SDKI). Kata kunci : Asma Bronkhial; Bersihan Jalan Napas Tidak Efektif; Asuhan Keperawatan Ineffective airway clearance is one of the nursing diagnoses that appear in bronchial asthma patients. Ineffective airway clearance is a condition of the inability of the respiratory tract to clear secretions or obstruction which aims to maintain the airway clean. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nursing care in bronchial asthma patients with ineffective airway nursing problems in the Nursing Room of Klungkung General Hospital. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research with a case study design carried out within a period of one month, namely from April to May 2019. The sample in this study amounted to two people who had met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instrument used in this study is a guideline for documentation observation. The results obtained from this study, namely in the study of 4 of the 14 questions used were reviewed, in diagnosis 6 out of 20 questions were found, in the intervention 10 out of 29 questions were found, in implementation 1 of 29 questions were found and in evaluation only 1 in 5 questions written on the first and second subject documents. This research should be used as a consideration in documenting the nursing records of patients in the room using guidelines for diagnosing the Standard for Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis (sdki).
