Abstract

Gambaran Asuhan Keperawatan Pemberian Prosedur Nebulizer Untuk Mengatasi Bersihan Jalan Napas Tidak Efektif Pada Anak Bronkopneumonia di Ruang Cilinaya RSD Mangusada Tahun 2019 ABSTRAK Bronkopneumonia adalah peradangan jaringan paru yang disebabkan oleh bakteri, virus, dan jamur dengan cara penyebaran langsung melalui hematogen sampai bronkus yang ditandai dengan bercak-bercak infiltrat. Masalah keperawatan yang muncul adalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Subyek diberikan nebulizer untuk membersihkan jalan napas tidak efektif. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pemberian prosedur nebulizer untuk mengatasi bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif pada anak bronkopneumonia. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian meliputi pengkajian yang didokumentasikan sudah mengarah ke teori, tetapi terdapat beberapa data yang tidak ditemukan. Diagnosa dokumen pasien yang diteliti terdapat perbedaan pada penulisan diagnosa. Intervensi dua dokumen pasien yang diteliti terdapat perbedaan dengan acuan teori, terlihat pada penulisan kriteria hasil NOC dan penulisan aktivitas-aktivitas pada NIC. Intervensi yang direncanakan pada kedua subyek adalah pemberian nebulizer dengan menggunakan standar prosedur operasional yang terdapat di RSD Mangusada. Implementasi yang dilakukan pada kedua subyek terdapat perbedaan dalam pemberian nebulizer. Hasil evaluasi yang didapatkan kedua subyek yaitu menggunakan teknik SOAP. Penelitian ini diharapkan bagi pihak rumah sakit khususnya perawat agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan terhadap acuan terkini. Description Of Nursing Care Giving Nebulizer Procedure To Overcome Airway Clearance Is Not Effective in Bronkopneumonia Children Patients in Cilinaya Ward Mangusada Hospital in 2019 ABSTRAK Bronchopneumonia is inflammation of lung tissue caused by bacteria, viruses, and fungi by way of direct spread through hematogenous to bronchi which is characterized by patches of infiltrates. The nursing problem that arises is the ineffective cleaning of the airway. Subjects were given a nebulizer to clean the airway ineffectively. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nursing care giving a nebulizer procedure to overcome ineffective airway clearance in bronchopneumonia children. This type of research is a type of descriptive research with data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation guidelines. The results of the study include documented studies that have led to the theory, but there are some data that are not found. Diagnosis of the two patient documents studied there were differences in the writing of the diagnosis. The interventions of the two patient documents studied were different with theoretical references, seen in the writing of the NOC outcome criteria and writing activities on the NIC. The interventions planned in patient documents 1 and 2 were given nebulizers using standard operating procedures found at Mangusada Hospital. Implementation carried out on subjects 1 and 2 there are differences in the administration of nebulizers. The evaluation results obtained by subjects 1 and 2 were using the SOAP technique. This research is expected for the hospital, especially nurses to be able to improve their knowledge and skills towards the latest reference.
