Abstract

GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN TUBERKULOSIS PARU DENGAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAFAS TIDAK EFEKTIF DI RUANG OLEG RSD MANGUSADA BADUNG TAHUN 2019 ABSTRAK Tuberkolosis (TBC) adalah penyakit menular langsung yang disebabkan oleh kuman Mycobakterium Tuberculosis yang sebagian besar menyerang paru yang menyebar melalui droplet orang yang telah terinfeksi basil tuberkulosis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien TBC paru dengan bersihan jalan Nafas tidak efektif di ruang Oleg RSD Mangusada Badung Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus dan pendekatan prospektif terhadap dua dokumen yang diamati secara mendalam menggunakan studi dokumentasi berupa lembar pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan studi kasus hasil penelitian pada pengkajian ditemukan beberapa perbedaan pada data data subjektif dan data objektif dengan teori acuan, pada diagnosa keperawatan yang ditegakkan terdapat persamaan hanya pada komponen P (problem), E (etiologi) sedangkan pada kompone S (sign and symptom) terdapat perbedaan dengan teori acuan, pada perencanaan yang dibuat ditemukan 3 komponen intervensi dari 12 komponen yang terdapat pada lembar pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti, pada implementasi keperawatan terdapadat perbedaan terhadap implementasi keperawatan yang ada diruang dengan teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh peneliti, pada evaluasi terdapat perbedaan pada indikator kriteria hasil yang digunakan dengan acuan peneliti. Diharapkan perawat diruangan menyeseuaikan pada teori terbaru yaitu menggunakan SDKI, SLKI dan SIKI. Kata kunci: Asuhan Keperawatan, Bersihan Jalan Nafas, Tuberkulosis NURSING CARE DESCRIPTION OF PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS PATIENTS WITH INEFFECTIVE AIRWAY CLEARANCE IN OLEG WARD MANGUSADA BADUNG HOSPITAL 2019 ABSTRACT Tuberculosis (TB) is a direct infectious disease caused by the Mycobakterium Tuberculosis germs, most of which attack the lungs that spread through droplets of people who have been infected with the tuberculosis bacillus. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nursing care in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with ineffective airway clearance in the Oleg Ward of Mangusada Badung Hospital in 2019. This study used a descriptive method with a case study design and prospective approach to two documents observed in depth using documentation studies in the form of data collection sheets. Based on case studies the results of the study on the study found several differences in the data of subjective data and objective data with the reference theory, in the nursing diagnoses that are enforced there are equations only on the component P (problem), E (etiology) while in the component S (sign and symptom) differences with the reference theory, in the planning made found 3 components of intervention from 12 components contained in the data collection sheet used by researchers, on the implementation of nursing there are differences in the implementation of nursing that is in the room with the theory used as a reference by researchers, on evaluation there are differences in the outcome criteria indicators are used by reference to the researcher. It is expected that the room nurses will adjust to the latest theory, namely using standard for indonesian nursing diagnosis, indonesian nursing outcomes standards and indonesian nursing intervenstion standards.
