Abstract

Bronchopneumonia is a term to describe pneumonia which has a spotted pattern of spread. The nursing diagnosis that often in bronchopneumonia is ineffective airway clearance. Ineffective airway clearance is the inability to clear secretions to maintain a patent airway. The purpose of this study was to find out how the description of nursing care in bronchopneumonia children with ineffective airway clearance in the cashwari room of Wangaya General Hospital in 2019. The study was conducted in May 2019. This type of research uses descriptive case study. The subjects used were two subjects who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The technique of collecting data in this study uses interview techniques and documentation. Based on the results of the case study, the study found differences with the theory. Nursing diagnoses that are enforced in airway clearance are not effective. Planning carried out has differences with the theory of researchers. Implementation carried out by nurses is in accordance with the intervention. The validation used by nurses has a different standard from the theory that I use. This shows the documentation of nursing care is influenced by the theory used. Based on observations, the suggestions for nurses as a health team are expected to be able to carry out nursing care in accordance with the latest scientific developments so that they are able to carry out nursing care optimally. Keywords: Nursing Care; Airway Clearance; Bronchopneumonia. Bronkopneumonia merupakan istilah untuk menggambarkan pneumonia yang mempunyai pola penyebaran berbercak. Diagnosis keperawatan yang sering muncul pada anak bronkopneumonia adalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif adalah ketidakmampuan membersihkan sekret atau obstruksi jalan napas untuk mempertahankan jalan napas tetap paten. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada anak bronkopneumonia dengan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif di ruang kaswari RSUD Wangaya tahun 2019. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2019. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif studi kasus. Subjek yang digunakan merupakan dua subjek yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Tehnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil studi kasus, pada pengkajian terdapat perbedaan dengan teori. Diagnosis keperawatan yang ditegakkan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Perencanaan yang dilakukan memiliki perbedaan dengan teori yang peneliti gunakan. Implementasi yang dilakukan perawat sesuai dengan intervensinya. Evaluasi yang digunakan perawat memiliki standar yang berbeda dengan teori yang penulis gunakan. Hal ini menunjukan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dipengaruhi oleh teori yang digunakan. Berdasarkan observasi, adapun saran bagi perawat sebagai tim kesehatan diharapkan dapat melakukan asuhan keperawatan sesuai dengan perkembangan keilmuan terkini sehingga mampu melakukan asuhan keperawatan secara optimal.
