Abstract

Comprehensive and continuous midwifery care is provided for early detection and prevention of life-threatening complications for both mother and baby, and is expected to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates (MMR) and infant mortality rates (IMR). This report aims to determine the outcomes of care provided to mothers with diabetes from 16 weeks of gestation to 42 days of postpartum, who received standardized midwifery care. This study used a case study with data collection techniques through interviews, examinations, observations, and documentation. Care was provided from October 2025 to April 2026. There were no pregnancy complications, and complementary care included prenatal yoga and a gym ball. The delivery process was uncomplicated: the first stage lasted 1 hour and 50 minutes, the second stage lasted 40 minutes, and early initiation of labor (IMD) was successful at 40 minutes, the third stage lasted 10 minutes, and monitoring of the fourth stage was within normal limits. The postpartum period up to 42 days was physiological, with complementary care provided in the form of oxytocin massage, and postpartum contraception with an IUD inserted at 42 days postpartum. The baby cried immediately, with a birth weight of 2800 grams. Complementary care included infant massage. The entire pregnancy and postpartum period for the "DM" mother proceeded physiologically. Midwifery care must be provided according to standards in an effort to integrate and detect complications during pregnancy, labor, postpartum, and the baby. Asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan diberikan untuk mendeteksi dini untuk mencegah terjadinya komplikasi yang dapat mengancam jiwa ibu dan bayi serta diharapkan dapat menurunkan AKI dan AKB. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu “DM” dari kehamilan 16 minggu sampai 42 hari masa nifas yang diberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar. Studi ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan diberikan di UPTD Puskesmas Sidemen dari bulan Oktober 2025 sampai April 2026. Tidak ada komplikasi kehamilan, asuhan komplementer yang diberikan prental yoga dan gym ball. Proses persalinan tidak ada komplikasi kala 1 selama 1 jam 50 menit kala II 40 menit, IMD berhasil pada menit ke 40, kala III 10 menit dan pemantauan kala IV dalam batas normal asuhan komplementer teknik nafas dalam. Nifas sampai 42 hari berlangsung fisiologis, asuhan komplementer pijat okstosin, kontasepsi pascasalin dengan IUD diinsersi pada 42 hari postpatum. Bayi lahir segera menangis, BBL: 2800 gram, asuhan kompelmenter dengan pijat bayi. Seluruh proses kehamilan sampai dengan masa nifas pada ibu ”DM” berjalan secara fisiologis.Asuhan kebidanan harus diberikan sesuai standar sebagai upaya untuk memantau dan mendeteksi penyulit dan komplikasi pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi.
