Abstract

Penyakit DM ialah penyakit tidak menular dengan angka penyebab kematian nomor empat di dunia. DM tipe II paling banyak diderita sekitar 90-95%. Penderita DM tipe II telah mengetahui anjuran diet yang baik tetapi mereka tetap tidak patuh terhadap anjuran tersebut. Tujuan penulisan karya tulis ini adalah untuk menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien DM Tipe II dengan ketidakpatuhan dalam pemenuhan diet. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan karya tulis ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dengan dua subjek di Wilayah Kerja UPT Kesmas Sukawati I. Berdasarkan pengkajian penelitian pada Tn.MA dan Tn.PGH ditemukan kesenjangan antara pengkajian dan teori dengan tidak ditemukannya tanda gejala mayor minor berupa menolak menjalani perawatan dan perilaku tidak patuh, tanda/gejala penyakit masih ada atau meningkat, komplikasi penyakit, masalah yang ditegakkan yaitu Ketidakpatuhan. Tindakan yang dilakukan yaitu observasi makanan, menyediakan contoh makanan, menjelaskan tujuan, instrusikan pasien menjauhi pantangan. Setelah dilakukan lima hari perilaku pasien menjadi patuh dengan hasil pasien mengikuti edukasi dan mengikuti diet. Saran agar pasien selalu mengikuti dietnya dengan baik. Kata Kunci : Diabetes, Ketidakpatuhan Diet, Asuhan Keperawatan DM is a non-communicable disease with the number four cause of death in the world. Type II DM mostly affects around 90-95%. Patients with type II diabetes have known good dietary recommendations but they still do not comply with these recommendations. The purpose of writing this paper is to describe nursing care in Type II DM patients with non-compliance in dietary fulfillment. The method used in writing this paper is a descriptive method with a case study approach with two subjects in the Sukawati I. Public Health UPT Working Area. Based on the study review on Mr. MA and Mr. PGH, a gap was found between the study and the theory with no signs of minor major symptoms. in the form of refusing to undergo treatment and disobedient behavior, signs / symptoms of the disease still exist or increase, complications of the disease, the problem that is enforced is Non-compliance. The actions taken are food observation, providing food samples, explaining the purpose, instructing patients away from abstinence. After five days, the patient's behavior becomes compliant with the results of the patient following education and following a diet. Suggestion that patients always follow their diet properly.
