Abstract

GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN IBU POSTPARTUM PRIMIPARA DENGAN DEFISIT PENGETAHUAN TENTANG PERAWATAN PAYUDARA DI RUANG DARA RSUD WANGAYA TAHUN 2019 ABSTRAK Secara Nasional, terjadi penurunan pemberian ASI eksklusif, salah satu penyebabnya adalah bendungan ASI dan kolostrum tidak keluar yang disebabkan oleh defisit pengetahuan tentang perawatan payudara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan ibu postpartum primipara dengan defisit pengetahuan tentang perawatan payudara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif yang terdiri dari dua subyek, data dikumpulkan dengan pedoman observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian pada pengkajian tidak khusus mengenai data pengetahuan pasien. Hasil penelitian pada diagnosa, petugas kesehatan hanya mencantumkan diagnosa kebidanan. Hasil penelitian pada perencanaan yaitu berikan komunikasi, informasi dan edukasi (KIE) tentang perawatan payudara yang dicantumkan di catatan terintegrasi. Implementasi pada kedua pasien sudah dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur. Hasil pada evaluasi belum terdapat evaluasi khusus mengenai defisit pengetahuan perawatan payudara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada beberapa perbedaan dengan bahan acuan peneliti baik dari pengkajian sampai evaluasi keperawatan. Teori yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu SDKI, SIKI dan SLKI, sedangkan ruangan mengacu pada pedoman yang tersedia di rumah sakit, sedangkan ruangan mengacu pada pedoman yang tersedia di rumah sakit, diharapkan ada pembaharuan dan sosialisasi terkait ilmu asuhan keperawatan. Kata kunci : Postpartum, Primipara, Defisit pengetahuan, Perawatan payudara DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE FOR PRIMIPAROUS POSTPARTUM MOTHERS WITH DEFICIT OF KNOWLKEDGE ABOUT BREAST CARE IN DARA WARD WANGAYA HOSPITAL 2019 ABSTRACT Nationally, there is a decline of exclusive breast-feeding, one of the causes is dam ASI and Colostrum is not out that is caused by a deficit of knowledge about breast care. This research aims to determine the description of nursing mothers postpartum Primipara with a deficit in knowledge of breast care. Research is done by a descriptive method consisting of two subjects, data gathered with observation guidelines and documentation. The results of research on the study are not specific to the patient's knowledge data. The results of the research on diagnosis, health officers only include diagnosis of obstetrics. The research results in the planning of providing communication, information and education (KIE) about breast care that is included in the integrated records. The implementation of both patients was conducted in accordance with the procedure. Results in the evaluation have not been specific evaluation of breast care knowledge deficit. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that there are some differences with the reference material of both researchers from the assessment until the evaluation of nursing.
