Abstract

Skizofrenia merupakan suatu bentuk psikosa fungsional dengan gangguan utama pada proses pikir serta disharmoni. Pasien skizofrenia berisiko melakukan perilaku kekerasan. Risiko perilaku kekerasan merupakan tindakan yang berisiko membahayakan secara fisik, emosi atau seksual pada diri sendiri/orang lain.Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok Stimulasi Persepsi Sesi 3: Mengendalikan Perilaku Kekerasan dengan Spiritual dapat mengatasi risiko perilaku kekerasan pasien skizofrenia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Gambaran Asuhan Keperawatan Pemberian Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok Stimulasi Persepsi Sesi 3: Mengendalikan Perilaku Kekerasan dengan Spiritual untuk mengatasi risiko perilaku kekerasan pasien skizofrenia tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Hasil pengkajian yang dilakukan melalui wawancara,observasi,dan dokumentasi perawat terhadap lima subyek ditemukan tanda gejala perilaku kekerasan dan dirumuskan diagnosa keperawatan yaitu perilaku kekerasan. Rencana keperawatan pasien perilaku kekerasan yaitu pasien dapat diberikan terapi aktivitas kelompok stimulasi persepsi sesi 3. Implementasi yang diberikan pada kelima subyek dilakukan sesuai dengan Rencana yang telah direncanakan yaitu pemberian terapi aktivitas kelompok stimulasi persepsi sesi 3. Evaluasi yang didapatkan pada kelima subyek yaitu subyek dapat mengendalikan perilaku kekerasan dengan spiritual. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat kesesuaian antara temuan peneliti dan landasadan teori yang ada dari pengkajian sampai evaluasi. Schizophrenia is a form of functional psychosis with a major disorder in the process of thought and disharmony. Schizophrenia patients are at risk of commiting violent behavior. The risk of violent behavior is an act that risks physical, emotional, or sexual harm to oneself or others. The activity therapy group perception stimulation session 3: controlling violent behavior with spiritual can overcome the risk of violent behavior of schizophrenia patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nursing care for group activity therapy perception stimulation session 3:to overcome the risk of violent behavior of schizophrenic patients in 2019. Type of descriptive research with case study design. The results of the study conducted through interviews, observation, and nurse documentation on five subjects found signs and symptoms of violent behavior and formulated nursing diagnoses namely violent behavior.intervention for patient behavior is that patients can be given group activity therapy perception stimulation session 3. The implementation given to the five subjects is carried out in accordance with planned interventions, namely group activity therapy session perceptual stimulation 3. Results of evaluation obtained on the five subjects namely therapy group activity session perception stimulation 3 that patient can overcome the risk of violent behavior. The conclutions of the research show there is a match between the findings of the researcher and the existing thepretical foundation from the assessment to the evaluation.
