Abstract

DESCRIPTION NURSING CARE OF PATIENTS TYPE II DIABETES MELLITUS WITH IMPAIRED TISSUE INTEGRITY IN ARJUNA WARD SANJIWANI HOSPITAL2019 ABSTRACT Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease where the characteristics of the condition are abnormal metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, which results in increased blood sugar levels. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to describe nursing care in patients with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with impaired tissue integrity in the Arjuna Ward of Sanjiwani Hospital Gianyar in 2019. The type of research used is descriptive research with a case study design of two patients who were observed in depth using documentation studies with observe patient nursing documents. Data collection tools in the form of observation guidelines. Research conducted on nursing care in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus starts from the assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that there were similarities between two patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who had impaired tissue integrity in documenting nursing care in the room. However, there is little difference with the theory. Keywords : Nursing Care;Diabetes Mellitus Type 2; Impaired Tissue Integrity; GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PASIEN DIABETES MELLITUS TIPE 2 DENGAN GANGGUAN INTEGRITAS JARINGAN DI RUANG ARJUNA RSUD SANJIWANI GIANYAR TAHUN 2019 ABSTRAK Diabetes Mellitus merupakan penyakit kronis dimana karakteristik dari kondisi tersebut adalah metabolisme abnormal karbohidrat, protein, dan lemak, yang mengakibatkan peningkatan kadar gula darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien Diabetes Melitus tipe 2 dengan gangguan integritas jaringan di Ruang Arjuna RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar Tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus terhadap dua orang pasien yang diamati secara mendalam menggunakan studi dokumentasi dengan mengobservasi dokumen keperawatan pasien. Alat pengumpulan data berupa pedoman observasi. Penelitian yang dilakukan pada asuhan keperawatan pada pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 mulai dari pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat kesamaan antara dua pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 yang mengalami gangguan integritas jaringan dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di ruangan. Namun, terdapat sedikit perbedaan dengan teori. Kata kunci: Asuhan Keperawatan, DM Tipe 2, Gangguan Integritas Jaringan
