Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF SANITATION FOOD STALLSRICE LAWAR IN GUWANG VILLAGE SUKAWATI DISTRICT GIANYAR REGENCY IN 2018 Abstract One of the most well known traditional Balinese cuisine in foreign countries is lawar. This food is commonly served in households or sold widely in food stalls as lawar. Lawar is made of mixed of meat, with grated coconut, young jackfruit,young papaya, long bean,vegetables and Balinese natural spices. Besides consumed as tasted Balinese traditional food, this food isalso affordable in prices, so it makes senseif lawar becomes a favorite food among the people. Guwang Village with 278,5 Ha wide, geographicallybelong to high land area with50 m to 100 m heighabove sea level and it has tropical climate with a temperature of 32º C up to 36º C. The research on the sanitation of five foodar rice stalls in Guwang Village Sukawati District Gianyar Regency in 2018, shows that all of those five food stalls have qualified sanitation, but only four of them have qualified in facilities sanitation and one does not qualify.
