Abstract

GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN STROKE NON HEMORAGIK DENGAN GANGGUAN KOMUNIKASI VERBAL DI RUANG OLEG RSD MANGUSADA BADUNG TAHUN 2019 ABSTRAK Gangguan komunikasi verbal adalah salah satu diagnosa keperawatan yang muncul pada Stroke Non Hemoragik yang merupakan suatu keadaan dimana seseorang tidak dapat berkomunikasi secara efektif karena adanya faktor – faktor penghambat berupa kecacatan secara fisik maupun mental. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan proses asuhan keperawatan dari pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi pada pasien stroke non hemoragik dengan gangguan komunikasi verbal di Ruang Oleg RSD Mangusada. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus yang dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2019. Sampel yang digunakan adalah dua orang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah pedoman observasi dokumentasi. Hasil yang didapat meliputi pada pengkajian sudah mengacu pada tinjauan teori, namun terdapat data tambahan yaitu lemas. Pada diagnosa keperawatan yang ditegakkan terdapat perbedaan dengan tinjauan teori. Pada perencanaan keperawatan terdapat perbedaan sumber acuan. Pada implementasi terdapat perbedaan penulisan implementasi. Pada evaluasi keperawatan selain mengevaluasi kriteria hasil juga menggunakan metode SOAP, sedangkan tinjauan teori hanya mengevaluasi indikator kriteria hasil. Diharapkan perawat di Ruang Oleg RSD Mangusada agar menggunakan pedoman SDKI, SIKI, dan SLKI sebagai standar dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang lebih optimal. Kata kunci : Stroke Non Hemoragik; Gangguan Komunikasi Verbal; Asuhan Keperawatan DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE IN PATIENTS NON-HEMORRHAGIC STROKE WITH VERBAL COMMUNICATION DISORDERS IN OLEG WARD OF MANGUSADA HOSPITAL 2019 ABSTRACT Verbal communication disorders are one of the nursing diagnoses that appear in Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke which is a condition where a person cannot communicate effectively because of the presence of physical and mental disability factors. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of nursing care from the assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation of non-hemorrhagic stroke in patients with verbal communication disorders in OlegWard Mangusada Hospital. This study make descriptive method by design a case study conducted in April 2019. The sample used was two person who is the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instrument used by guidelines for documentation observation. The results obtained include the assessment in reference to the theory review, but there are additional data, namely weakness. In nursing diagnoses that are enforced there is a difference with the theory review. In nursing planning there are differences in reference sources. In implementation there are differences in implementation writing. In addition to evaluating the outcome criteria, nursing evaluations also use the SOAP method, while the theory review only evaluates the outcome criteria indicators. It is expected that nurses in the Oleg Ward of Mangusada Hospital will use the SDKI, SIKI, and SLKI guidelines as a standard in providing more optimal nursing care.
