Abstract

ABSTRACT Midwifery Continuity of care are provided to prevent complications that can threaten the lives of mothers and babies and are expected to reduce MMR and IMR. This report aims to find out the results of care given to 'R' mothers from 15 weeks 5 day of pregnancy until the postpartum period and newborns who are given midwifery care according to standards. This study uses case studies with data collection techniques through interviews, examination, observation and documentation. Care is provided from September 2024 to April 2025. The development of the 'R' mother's pregnancy runs physiologically. The provision of therapy is adjusted to the collaboration and necessary needs. Mothers giving birth vaginally without complications. Stage I lasted 4 hours, stage II 35 minutes, stage III 5 minutes and monitoring stage IV was within normal limits. The baby was born crying immediately, active muscle tone birth weight 3,100 grams. IMD was successfully carried out in 40 minutes. The process of uterine involution, lochea expenditure and lactation during the puerperium proceeds normally. The entire process of pregnancy up to the puerperium in 'R' mothers runs physiologically. Midwifery care must be provided according to standards and 'R' mothers also receive complementary care from pregnancy, such as pregnancy exercises until the postpartum period, namely oxytocin massage.. ABSTRAK Pelayanan kebidanan berkesinambungan diberikan untuk mencegah komplikasi yang dapat mengancam jiwa ibu dan bayi serta diharapkan dapat menurunkan AKI dan AKB. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu ‘R’dari kehamilan 15 minggu 4 hari hingga masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir yang diberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar. Studi ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan September 2024 sampai April 2025. Perkembangan kehamilan ibu ‘R’ berjalan fisiologis. Pemberian suplemen disesuaikan dengan kolaborasi dan kebutuhan yang diperlukan. Ibu bersalin pervaginam tanpa komplikasi. Kala I berlangsung selama 4 jam, kala II 35 menit, kala III 5 menit dan pemantauan kala IV dalam batas normal. Bayi lahir segera menangis, tonus otot aktif, berat lahir 3.100 gram. IMD berhasil dilakukan selama 40 menit. Proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea dan laktasi pada masa nifas berlangsung normal. Seluruh proses kehamilan sampai dengan masa nifas pada ibu ‘R’ berjalan secara fisiologis. Asuhan kebidanan harus diberikan sesuai standar serta ibu ‘R’ juga telah mendapatkan asuhan komplementer sejak kehamilan seperti senam hamil hingga masa nifas yaitu pijat oksitosin.
