Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR A 32 YEAR OLD MULTIGRAVIDA MOTHER "PY" FROM 19 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY UP TO 42 DAYS OF THE PUBLIC PERIOD This case was taken in the UTPD Work Area of Nusa Penida I Community Health Center in 2025 ABSTRACT Comprehensive and continuous midwifery care according to standards can prevent complications. The purpose of this case study was to determine the results of care provided to mother "PY" from the second trimester of pregnancy to 42 days of postpartum period at the age of 32 years. The case determination method used was through interviews, examinations, observations and documentation. Care was provided from April 2025 to Oktober 2025 at the UPTD Nusa Penida I Health Center. The development of mother "PY"'s pregnancy proceeded physiologically with the 12 T service standards and experienced a weight gain of 12 kilograms during pregnancy. The mother gave birth vaginally without complications. The first stage lasted for 2 hours, the second stage 10 minutes, the third stage 5 minutes and monitoring of the fourth stage was within normal limits. The baby was born at 03.30 WITA, cried immediately, moved actively and had a birth weight of 2960 grams. During the postpartum period, the process of uterine involution, lochia discharge, and psychological were within normal limits and the lactation process went smoothly after being given oxytocin massage. Midwifery care provided to the baby is in accordance with essential neonatal services. The baby's growth and development are physiological with a weight gain of 840 grams. Midwives must always provide midwifery care according to standards because it is very important to monitor and detect complications in the process of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and babies. ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “PY” UMUR 32 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 19 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Kasus ini diambil di Wilayah Kerja UTPD Puskesmas Nusa Penia I tahun 2025 ABSTRAK Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif dan berkesinambungan sesuai standar dapat mencegah komplikasi. Tujuan studi kasus ini untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu “PY” dari kehamilan trimester II sampai 42 hari masa nifas dengan usia 32 tahun. Metode penentuan kasus yang digunakan yaitu melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan April 2025 sampai Oktober 2025 di UPTD Puskesmas Nusa Penida I. Perkembangan kehamilan ibu “PY” berjalan secara fisiologis dengan standar pelayanan 12 T dan mengalami peningkatan berat badan 12 kilogram selama masa kehamilan. Ibu bersalin pervaginam tanpa komplikasi. Kala I berlangsung selama 2 jam, kala II 10 menit, kala III 5 menit dan pemantauan kala IV dalam batas normal. Bayi lahir pukul 03.30 WITA segera menangis, gerak aktif dan berat lahir 2960 gram. Pada masa nifas proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea, dan psikologis dalam batas normal serta proses laktasi berlangsung lancar setelah diberikan pijat oksitosin. Asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan pada bayi telah sesuai dengan pelayanan neonatal esensial. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi berjalan secara fisiologis dengan kenaikan berat badan 840 gram. Bidan harus selalu memberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar karena sangat penting untuk memantau dan mendeteksi penyulit dan komplikasi pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi.
