Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. “MA” 30 YEARS OLD MULTIGRAVIDA FROM 20 WEEKS 1 DAYS OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM PERIOD ABSTRACT Maternal and infant health are important indicators of overall health that still face the challenge of high Maternal Mortality Rates (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rates (IMR), thus requiring comprehensive and continuous midwifery care. This report aims to determine the outcomes of midwifery care provided to a 30 year old multiparous mother “MA” from 20 weeks and 1 day of gestation through 42 days of the postpartum period, along with her infant, who received midwifery care in accordance with standards. This study employed a case study design using data collection techniques including interviews, examinations, observations, and documentation. Care was provided from October 18, 2025 to April 6, 2026. The results of the care indicated that the pregnancy proceeded physiologically without complications. Complementary care provided included gym ball prenatal exercises. The labor process lasted 25 minutes, skin-to-skin contact was successful, the third stage of labor lasted 5 minutes, and monitoring of the fourth stage of labor was within normal limits complementary care also included relaxation techniques and effleurage massage. The postpartum period lasted 42 days and proceeded physiologically, with complementary care including oxytocin massage and the IUD as the chosen method of contraception. The newborn cried immediately after birth, had active muscle tone, a rosy complexion, and a birth weight of 2,900 grams. Care during the first, second, and third postpartum days proceeded physiologically, and complementary care provided included infant massage. The entire midwifery care process, conducted in accordance with standards under the continuity of care (COC) model, can improve the health of the mother and baby and prevent complications. It is recommended that healthcare providers continue to provide comprehensive and continuous care. Keywords: Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum, Infant, Complementary ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “MA” UMUR 30 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 20 MINGGU 1 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS ABSTRAK Kesehatan ibu dan bayi merupakan indikator penting derajat kesehatan yang masih menghadapi tantangan tingginya Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB), sehingga diperlukan pelayanan kebidanan yang komprehensif dan berkesinambungan. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada Ibu “MA” usia 30 tahun multigravida sejak usia kehamilan 20 minggu 1 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas beserta bayinya yang diberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar. Studi ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan 18 Oktober 2025 sampai 06 April 2026. Hasil asuhan menunjukkan bahwa kehamilan berlangsung fisiologis tanpa komplikasi. Asuhan koplementer yang diberikan yaitu senam hamil gymball. Proses persalinan 25 menit, IMD berhasil, kala III 5 menit dan pemantauan kala IV dalam batas normal, asuhan komplementer teknik relaksasi dan massage effleurage. Masa nifas sampai 42 hari berlangsung fisiologis, asuhan komplementer pijat oksitosin dan kontrasepsi yang dipilih IUD. Bayi lahir segera menangis, tonus otot aktif, kulit kemerahan, berat lahir 2.900 gram, asuhan KN I, II, III berlangsung fisiologis dan asuhan komplementer yang diberikan yaitu pijat bayi. Seluruh proses asuhan kebidanan secara continuity of care (COC) yang dilakukan sesuai standar dapat meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan bayi serta mencegah terjadinya komplikasi. Disarankan tenaga kesehatan terus memberikan pelayanan yang komprehensif dan berkesinambungan. Kata kunci: Kehamilan, Persalinan, Nifas, Bayi, Komplementer
