Abstract

CONTINUITY OF MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MRS. "KB" 27 YEARS OLD MULTIGRAVIDA AND PREGNANCY AGE 17 WEEKS UNTIL 42 DAYS OF POSTPARTUM PERIOD Case Study Implemented in the TPMB Desak Made Kusarin, S.Tr.Keb on 2026 ABSTRACT Continuity of Care (COC) is a comprehensive and continuous midwifery care approach provided throughout the life cycle, including antenatal care (ANC), intranatal care (INC), newborn care, postpartum care (PNC), neonatal care, and family planning services. This case study aimed to evaluate the outcomes of midwifery care provided to Mrs. “KB” from 17 weeks of gestation until 42 days postpartum in accordance with midwifery care standards. Data collection methods included interviews, physical examinations, observations, and documentation conducted from September 2025 to April 2026. Complementary care was provided based on the mother’s needs, including effleurage massage, prenatal yoga, infant massage, and oxytocin massage. The pregnancy progressed physiologically with the implementation of the 12T standard (integrated ANC), however, a gap was identified as comprehensive laboratory examinations and mental health screening were not performed during the first trimester. Labor occurred spontaneously via vaginal delivery without complications, with the first stage lasting 5 hours 40 minutes, the second stage 35 minutes, the third stage 7 minutes, and the fourth stage within normal limits according to APN standards. The neonate was born at 17:15 WITA, cried immediately, was active, had a reddish skin color, and a birth weight of 3,465 grams. The postpartum period progressed normally through KF1 to KF4 visits, with uterine involution, lochia discharge, lactation, and psychological condition within normal limits. Neonatal care was provided according to standards, including congenital hypothyroidism screening (SHK) and congenital heart disease screening (PJB); however, a gap was identified as no follow-up evaluation was conducted after weight loss on day seven. Midwives are expected to provide high-quality, continuous, and standard-based care. Keywords: Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum, Baby, Complementary ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “KB” USIA 27 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 17 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Studi Kasus Dilaksanakan di TPMB Desak Made Kusarini, S.Tr.Keb Tahun 2026 ABSTRAK Continuity of Care (COC) adalah asuhan yang diberikan secara berkesinambungan sepanjang siklus kehidupan mulai dari antenatal care (ANC), intranatal care (INC), bayi baru lahir (BBL), postpartum care (PNC), neonatus hingga keluarga berencana (KB). Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah mengetahui hasil asuhan kebidanan pada ibu “KB” dari usia kehamilan 17 minggu hingga 42 hari masa nifas sesuai standar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi, dan dokumentasi pada periode September 2025 sampai April 2026. Asuhan komplementer diberikan sesuai kebutuhan ibu, meliputi effleurage massage, prenatal yoga, pijat bayi, dan pijat oksitosin. Kehamilan berlangsung fisiologis dengan penerapan asuhan 12 T (ANC terpadu), namun terdapat kesenjangan yaitu pemeriksaan laboratorium lengkap dan skrining kesehatan jiwa tidak dilakukan pada trimester I. Persalinan berlangsung spontan pervaginam tanpa komplikasi, dengan kala I 5 jam 40 menit, kala II 35 menit, kala III 7 menit, dan kala IV dalam batas normal sesuai APN. Bayi lahir pukul 17.15 WITA, segera menangis, gerak aktif, kulit kemerahan, dengan berat lahir 3465 gram. Masa nifas berjalan normal melalui KF1 hingga KF4, proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea, laktasi dan psikologis berlangsung dalam batas normal. Asuhan neonatus sesuai standar, termasuk skrining SHK dan PJB, namun terdapat kesenjangan berupa tidak dilakukannya evaluasi ulang setelah penurunan berat badan hari ke-7. Bidan diharapkan memberikan asuhan berkualitas, berkesinambungan, dan sesuai standar. Kata kunci: Kehamilan, Persalinan, Nifas, Bayi, Komplementer
